THE BEST PREP PLACE TO EXIST

We were fortunate enough to keep our son home with us and family for almost 2 years. Needless to say, I was really nervous with the transition to baby school. The teachers...well, more like school moms...are incredible. They are loving, creative, and well-trained in early childhood education. And super down to earth! And let kids be kids! Although they follow a consistent schedule, they are understanding to the needs of each individual child and family. The school itself is cozy and very clean. We are so glad that we got our kid to Madame curie school.

I normally dont write reviews unless they exceed my expectations. I have to appreciate the teachers effort that I havent seen in any school. Your kid gets individual attention and they deal with your kid at their level. My son has improved so much in terms of academics as well as his socialization skills.Kudos to the teachers and their effort.

This is the WORST extra curricular school. The principle is horribly rude. The teachers, especially Ms. Patterson, only give busy work and dont even TRY to be like-able. Every kid there is stressed and the teachers just embarrass them. Its like this school is a joke. I bet Dr. Rao is just laughing at all of the kids that he tortured. I would NEVER recommend this as its just going to give your kids extra stress. I wish this school was torn down; its just a waste of your money.

Coming from a highly technical and research background, my wife and I had mapped a matrix with various criteria and priorities which we wanted in our son’s childcare facilities. Based on that research, we decided to provide an honest feedback. When we started researching daycare centers and childcare facilities in South Riding vicinity, it was easy to see the variegated differences in Madame Curie Schools approach, curricula, and dedication compared to other school (Kids R Kids and Goddard). MCS have always maintained the highest standards and have been making continuous improvements in their classes.Based on these researches, we introduced our son to his “new” school. We have observed that their programs fill our son’s each day with challenging and engaging activities to build on previous knowledge and present him with new opportunities to grow. As an example, our 3-year-old son has learned and can communicate about Fire Drill, evacuation strategy, science and art experiments. He also loves the various field trips/outing that is organized each month. We have witnessed that as our son talks regularly, his curiosity has further driven up which encourages him to explore. MCS has been developing independence by helping him hone valuable skills of collaboration. His socio-emotional quotient has improved drastically. This was evident in his growing vocabulary. He can identify people, animals and objects with words and thus can participate in simple back-and-forth conversational exchanges. He can grasp the pen and has begin to make precise lines and scribbles in such a short span of time.Every Friday, MCS encourage kids to speak publicly in their “show-and-tell” activity. Thus, helping overcome stage fear. Their STEAM activities incorporate creativity and critical-thinking skills. As a manifestation, our son has been attempting to accomplish routine tasks independently. The teaches here garners tender love and care. Our son’s loves all his teacher when asked who his favorite teacher is. The teacher here are extremely professional, focused and encourages exploration and plays an important role to shape the personality. This is evident in our son’s behavior to understanding turn-taking, sharing and self-regulation.Our son enjoys MCS to a point that sometime during long weekend he longs for going back to his “new” school as the fun at his school is unparallel. We have never noticed him getting upset when separating when dropped-off at school.Overall, we are extremely satisfied and highly recommend parents who are looking out for the best-value-for-money school in the entire South Riding vicinity.
