This school is horrible the teachers are un organized and don’t know how to teach. They let the kids freeze out side and inside and does not help. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE THIS IS A HORRIBLE DIRTY PLACE and does not care about education I wish I could give no stars

School is horrible they have terrible service their staff members can’t keep up its sad

Horrible. My childs driver and I mixed up our days. By the time I got to the school it was after 5 and dark outside. I found my 10 year old daughter outside by herself, freezing cold with no supervision. I went inside to find someone behind the desk who told me that they were not allowed to let the children inside after school. I asked her why no one had called me to let me know that she was still there. She said the phones were down. I said, You were just on a cell phone. She even told me that she couldnt see the children once they went over to the pick up area. Apparently she knew that my child was still at the school. She just wasnt keeping an eye on her. I cant say that the childrens safety is a priority there. I never sent my child back.

I love this place even tho it is 2.2 :( and i dont go this school put my cousin does and she loves it! i wish i could go here please do not listen to the haters and the people saying that its a bad school but its not yall just jealous :3

The administration at this school is embarrassingly unprofessional and deficient. Their school report card doesnt come at a surprise. As an accomplished colleague in the field, I cannot recommend this institution for student learning.

I dont have a problem with this school is doing what they needs to do for furthering education for our children. But I do have concerns about not getting information at a decent time before a situation occurs. My child was laid off the bus close to 6 p.m. when we stay in Hidden Valley 4 minutes away from the school. I didnt receive any information of a bus schedule change and then when I call the school about it they said what he will be dropped off shortly he had to take a different route on a different bus. These days you cannot play around with people kids and I did not appreciate the situation so for now on he will become a car rider because the bus driver cannot contact parents of a child thats not even on that normal bus schedule.

I think it is a good school because they show you want is going to happen if you disrespect anyone in the school. Most people dont like it because they can get all the way up to the goals that they have set for us . So if you do change your child school I will bet you there not going to learn as much as we do.the techers and staff there care about us because if they didnt they wouldnt be at uproar.☺☺☺☺☺

This is a good school despite efforts to downgrade its credibility its good i would know cause i go there maybe if your child did go here they would be taught how to be a leader and we have a variety of Opertunaties available.

By far the worst charter school in Charlotte, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE........The staff seem nice and friendly but theyre nasty rude and very unprofessional towards the kids and parents I had to get my kids from this school it reminded me of the movie lean on me. The school is very unorganized kids get home at 9 o clock at night. I thought this school was all about teaching the children importance of leadership my children said they felt like they were attending this school as an punishment they were treated like prisoners by staff bullied by other students who Goes there only because CMS KICKED THEM OUT ITS MORE SO OF AN ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL. I only sent them here thinking it was a great school even tho i heard bad things but i had to see for my self and it proved me wrong, There are some good teachers who Actually care about the students and some of the staff needs to attend Uproar as a student to get some discipline themselves and some teachers curse and argue back and forth with students very unprofessional its the worst charter school by FAR U WILL REGRET IT. Gr8 school for disobedient children with no home training...........I wonder which staff memebers lied and gave this school 5***** if I could give it a 0 I would.........

I wish there was a NO STAR OPTION!! That is the ONLY reason why I give it 1 star,honestly as a parent of SIX children I always try to keep a Happy medium between home and school. Naturally when my son ,who is the youngest had a rough start at this school I did my best at trying to listen to both sides of the story!! But when my son was not shown the same courtesy and we had TWO INCIDENTS where my son was hit by another student in FRONT OF STAFF!!! NOTHING WAS BARELY DONE THE 1ST X AND NOTHING AT ALL WAS DONE THE 2ND X!! So while Im punishing him for horseplaying ,mumbling under his breath,and negative face expressions!! They did NOTHING ABOUTMY CHILD BEING PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED 2X IN FONT OF STAFF!! I AM TRYING TO MAKE IT TO WINTER BREAK ,AND MY SON WILL BOT BE RETURNING!! BUT IF A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G ELSE HAPPENS WE ARE OUT !!! AND I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH WHO I NEED TO ,SO THWY CAN TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS SCHOOL!!!

This school is all about family and bringing the saying it takes a village to raise a child seriously. I love the school.

This school is most likely the worst school because it has the worst bus system and it does not care but to do anything but suspend kids for no reason what so ever.

This is the worst charter school in Charlotte. Faculty and staff embarrassed my child in front of the entire school. Nobody ever have answers to your questions, they just yes maam you until you be quiet. And as of disciplinary actions, they let kids get away with urinating on other kids, choke slamming their peers as well. My child can not even do well in class because of all the attention the teacher and staff gives to the ones that are misbehaving in the class. This is NOT a military school, its a ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL.
