WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I found them online and they were doing free classes. I went to the free classes and decided to let my daughters continue. My daughters went to 2 other classes after that and I advised them that my daughters would not be attending any longer be caused we were moving. Now they are suing me for $3549.00.That response sounded good but it is humongous LIE. I contacted you telling you my daughters would not be attending and advised you that I did not have a lease at that time.I reached out to you again in reference to my children not attending and you did not respond.You called me 3 months later in regards to late payments. I never canceled my payments or card. I paid you for more than the 3 days my children attended even tho one was a free trial.. You know exactly what you did. Our business is all squared away and paid in full for classes my children did not take. I WOULD NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. If you are poor and need money just say that. The money and paying was never an issue but I was not paying for classes my children were not attending.Have a amazing day!

Amazing staff, fantastic facility, top notch program. Our son absolutely loves it here! If you are thinking about registering your children here, dont hesitate! The staff made it so enjoyable, he insisted on going every day that he could, including waking up on Saturday!

We moved here in October of last year and are dual military. I was so worried about not knowing where to send my child for an after school program or for summer break/camp.Let me put all families minds at ease. This is the absolute best after school and summer camp that my daughter has experienced. We lived in Illinois (Great Lakes) and California (San Diego) and those child centers do not compare. My child has a severe peanut allergy so not only am I constantly worried about her learning or activities, I am worried about her health. I have never had to worry about her peanut allergy with the Grants.They not only teach the kids Taekwondo. The Grant family is amazing with the kids. I watched my daughter want to give up one time when she was doing an activity, Instructor Zach Grant took a knee and said something to her. Not only did she get back up, she continued what she was doing. When she got done I asked her what he said. She told me that he told her to breathe and never give up, to keep going even if you want to quit. That mentality is emulated in the whole staff.Thank you to the Grant Family and the staff that works there. You have put our minds at ease looking over our child. She truly is the most important part of our lives and it means the world to us to know she is taken care of and protected while we are both in the military.

We were looking around for activities for my daughter who needed an outlet for her energy and more kid interaction to help with her social skills. Grant’s offered a special that month, which we loved because it gave us the opportunity to try it before we buy it. She loved it and a year and some change later she still loves it. She has grown so much in her discipline as well as her ability to interact with her peers. We even put our other daughter in as well and she has fell in love with it just as much. This is a family owned and operated Taekwando establishment. They have made us feel like part of the family as well. They are wonderful with the kids and their love for what they do shows in the care, time and effort they put into these kids. The kids can essentially go to class six days a week if they want which is awesome. They offer summer and after school programs. They offer parents night outs through the year as well. If you are looking for a Taekwando home look no further.

Took the whole family after a drive by stop in. What a great experience. All the kids loved it and we are eager to continue. The kids aged 9-18 are really pumped to start this so we signed up for a year. Staff is extremely friendly and very good at managing a class with extreme experience levels.

I just enrolled my son couple of weeks ago. Excellent training, staff, and facility. Training is a good reenforcement for good order, respect, and discipline. They also have a reasonably priced after school program that includes training, time to do homework, and various activities.

Both of my sons have been under Master Grants tutelage for the last 8 years. As a military family, our different duty stations have exposed our several Dojangs and masters. My wife and I cant say enough about how much our sons have gained from the schools work ethic and discipline. I am utterly shocked by the poor review left earlier. Master Grant motivates children from 5 yrs old to adults and his style motivates his students to be their best. You would be missing out on a great oppprtunity for your child if you dont at least try this school.

Went there for a couple months. Great place, has to leave though. Sad... Had a great time there, highly recommended it.

I was just reading the reviews on google an I was shocked to see the post by William McMullen a week ago. My children have been going to Grants for after school and TKD lessons for years, both are black belts, both are on Team Grant TKD sparring team and both love Grants. My daughter is a USTA Virginia State Champion and my son is the current AAU region 2 champion and they are outstanding athletes and sportsman because of the leadership and guidance they receive at Grants Family TKD 6 days a week!This is a family run Dojang that have always treated us like we were truly part of their family and we LOVE them all like they are part of ours! As a parent who takes kids to compete on such a high level I realize when your child looses at a tournament emotions can run high but one of the first rules of Martial Arts is to never speak bad of another Martial artist and if any student or parent from Team Grant was disrespectful at a tournament or competition The Grants would not tolerate that behavior, period!If you are looking for a great after school program, discipline for your children or yourself, a great workout or to join the BEST Olympic style TKD Dojang in Hampton Roads then look elsewhere and look at Grants and then I will see you in class because there is no comparison in my opinion.Thank you Doug Grant, Ms Lisa, Lee Grant, Zach Grant and the staff for what you do everyday for my children, you are the best and my kids love you all!Dr Dave
