The knowledge and leadership shared by Kim-Masters United TaeKwonDo is tremendous. My youngest was nervous to begin, but was encouraged by Master Kim and Master Lee from the first moment. The atmosphere is studious but friendly. The higher ranks have a good attitude when helping the lower ranks, correcting stances, etc. It feels like were joining a big family.

Everything you need and want. Friendly and Family oriented, fun yet challenging atmosphere. My three sons and I all enjoy the challenges of competing at tournaments but also love the comraderie of the dojang. We looked around all of the Hampton Roads area and we are so lucky to have found this dojang. Masters and instructors are top notch. Cant imagine anywhere else we would rather be. Good people that treat your kids as if they were theirs.

Only in the beginning they are good but once you sign their contract.They wont give the attention of your kids anymore. If your kids dont do to well they put them on the spot.Master Kim is the good one and his 2 son.

My sons and I have been part of the Kim Masters family for almost 2 years. I love that Master Kim, Master Lee, Ms Jin and all the instructors are so professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. They have created something that, in addition to being a Dojang where we take classes, is also a second family where we celebrate holidays, successes and life challenges with the other students and families. Master Kims energy and obvious love for what he does and those he trains is clear during every class; and Master Lee is so patient and naturally able to customize training to each individual student in a kind and positive way. Im so glad we found these people and this place!

I can’t say enough about Kim-Masters UTC, the Kim family, and Master Kristin Lee. My son started TKD at KMUTC 5 years ago and his older sister joined him in 2017. When other parents worry about how much time their kids are on YouTube or playing video games, my kids would rather be at their dojang and on the mat learning and practicing. It has reinforced important values to include discipline, hard work, diligence, responsibility, how to deal with winning and losing, and how to be a member of a team. Master Kim and Master Lee are patient and knowledgeable, always willing to give of themselves and their time to the students. We cannot recommend this dojang or the instructors enough - so happy and grateful to have this business here in Chesapeake!

After having my oldest son take Tae Kwon Do at a different dojang, I was hesitant in enrolling my youngest in Tae Kwon Do. Kim Masters made those concerns a thing of the past. Master Kim and Master Lee are not only amazing teachers, they are amazing people who create an atmosphere of family where all the kids respect and support one other. My son looks forward to Tae Kwon Do and being with his friends. His Tae Kwon Do continues to impress me, but he amazes me with the confidence in himself and respect for others he has developed. Master Kim and Master Lee are the outside influences every parent wants for their children & I highly recommend Kim Masters.
