I have no complaints at all. Ms. Marsha shared plenty of information with me prior to enrolling. Her positive attitude, and information helped me make my decision to enroll. The driving instructors are all great people, and full of knowledge. Learning how to drive seemed intimidating at first, but they made it fun. You’ll learn all basic skills of driving, and driving safe. It’s definitely not a waste of money!! I’m glad I went. I was finished in a month. Now I’m driving! It’s freedom, fun, and you can make really great money! It can upgrade your quality of life in every aspect. Go for it!!

Me and my wife attended CDS tractor trailers school in July of 2020 and graduated in August . We had a good experience at the school. The instructors were very helpful, Polite and Patient with us. We had lots of fun learning how to drive because the trainers always had a joke for the day that made us comfortable with driving for the first time. The class room teachers kept us updated and on time with every step we had to take in order to move us to the next level . I truly would recommend this school to who ever is interested in learning how to drive a tractor trailer.

This is the best cdl program you’ll find on the market. The office staff was very friendly and professional, so please be nice to them. Each instructor will take the time to help you through the process of understanding the material and equipment. Overall a great school, great environment and great people. Don’t hesitate to sign up.

My husband I attended CDS Tractor Trailer Training school back in July of 2020 and graduated in August of 2020. The people there we very friendly and patient with us. The trainers/instructors are phenomenal! Going into it we were very nervous considering we had never driven a tractor trailer before but within 2.5 weeks they had us driving like a pro. My decision to get my CDL has been the best decision that I have ever made. We both has gone on to do team driving and we love it. Now are in the process of starting our own trucking business. I recommend this school over any other CDL training school. WE both reside in SC now and even here we still recommend CDS of Chester, VA.

This program is great from start to finish! The ladies in the office are too kind Marsha was my teacher she was outstanding kind and understanding she didn’t judge me when I came to see her and told her my situation. I got in class and got my Cdl Richard was cool too

I started during the odd time of covid, but with help of the staff and instructors, I was able to go through the class room and yard training efficiently and effectively, allowing me to complete my training and begin my hiring process right away with a company.The only thing I would have to say, is that youll have to be patient, not because of the school or staff, but just because the DMV is a beast of its own and youll have to coordinate accordingly.This is a solid course and with good people there to help you through it.The only real obstacle youll face is your own determination.If you want it, theyll help you get it.

Excellent program!! I was able to able to obtain my CDL in a matter of a month. The instructors are very knowledgeable/informative as well as all of the coordinators! I would recommend this program to who is interested in obtaining their CDL !

Let me start with this, the yard training and instructors for behind the wheel are amazing. 5 stars easy. HOWEVER, the ladies in the office are terrible. They lose paperwork and you have to stay on top of them to get anything done. My CDLP and 2 other individuals in my class came late because of this. Again, the training received in the yard is top notch so if you can handle being jerked around for the few weeks you have to deal with the office its worth it.

I had a great experience with CDS I learned a whole lot about trucks. I could barely back my first day. The teachers trained me on how to back up. And by my test date I was ready to go and I passed. I now have a truck driving job. Thank you truck driver instructors. I had a great time. Just adding one do not go with USA Trucks they burned me on a job opportunity now I am looking for another job.

I really enjoyed attending CDS in Chester, VA. Ive learned so much while I was training there. I would like to give a special thanks to Tiffany for being there every step of the way and still only a phone call away. I had a wonderful experience here at cds. Symara ( Im sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was there to answer any questions that I might have before the process during the process and even after process on finding jobs in the local area. As far as the yard training is top-notch Bernard gave me a good foundation that Im using at this point in my career still Ron made sure I got that pre-trip down packed Mr Jones and Chris both told me how the truck and industry could be and just to take my time and be the best driver that I could be. And colins gave me A Five-Year plan. To be able to bet on myself outside of trucking so I thank CDs for everything

First of all I would like to thank Marshanda, Mary Hudgins and all the ladies who helped me with getting into the program. I would highly recommend John Tyler and CDS class a cdl program to anyone looking to start a driving career. The instructors are very good guy and are there to help they really care about us as students. I really enjoyed being on the range with those guys learning how to operate every aspect of the trucks. Now I can say Im a class a cdl license driver thanks again guys for believing in me when I was hard on myself.

Cds Tractor Trailer Training is the best school should you want to obtain a CDL A license. Instructors are more than capable and knowledgeable! Tiffany Spradley, Marsha, and Shemar in the office were also very helpful in the process made it smooth, easy, and convenient. Thank you Kevin, all the instructors and staff!!

Very helpful from the teachers to the recruiters it wasnt easy for me but they never let me give in.

Now that Im driving and out in the world Im glad I went to this school and not somewhere else. The stories about school I hear from other drivers, like barely any road time, are crazy. Cds has you on the road driving for hundreds of hours, and plenty of practice backing. My first 2 days I could hardly back up. But bernard walks you through everything your first week. By the 3rd or 4th day youre getting the hang of it and by the 2nd week your pulling it all off with little to no help. The on the road instructors are also excellent and dont get flustered with you. They also recommend what companies would best fit what youre looking for and help you with job placement. Just all around great experience and now Ive literally doubled my income with my CDL. You can change your life in 6 weeks with this place

I had a great time at Cds . Steve and Kevin in classroom made you feel like a trucker from day one but then the real fun began when I started learning to back straight up , offset and parallel park. The guys out on the range are awesome to work with Alex,Chuck, Jack,Don and Byron made this class fun . After learning to park I got to hit the road and actually learn to drive and change gears ( this part was really fun ) I actually looked forward to coming back everyday because I knew it was going to be fun but serious at the same time . They really made it happen for me... Dmv test was a peace of cake thanks to the whole gang at cds . And a special Thanks to Lacie for getting me started and coaching me through it all and helping out with job placement.
