My daughter and me got a free cut and was amazing !

Always an amazing cut! I have tried to go other places as I drive 2 hours to get to the salon but I always go back!! Gary is an amazing stylist/artist! I am never disappointed! Thank you for making me feel beautiful!!

Id like to preface this by saying that everyone I met here was incredibly lovely and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Even my haircut was executed well. However, the haircut I asked for and the one I received were not a match. I realize it was a free haircut, but I think learning to really listen to what your client wants is an integral part of creating a client base that will return for years to come, and therefore, is something you should emphasize to your students. I asked for a cut that would land just above my shoulders. Instead, I left with a cut that ended at my chin! I lost an extra 3 or more inches! Its hair. It will grow, but I walked out of that appointment feeling so disappointed and self conscious.

DO NOT BE A HAIR MODEL FOR THEM! I was lured in by the idea of a free hair cut and I got what I payed for. I said they could do what they wanted with my hair as long as I kept my bangs. I got the stupidest hair cut I have ever seen and the instructor cut my bangs so short they are less then and inch and a half long. Going here was a massive mistake. I had to get a second hair cut to fix the crappy one they gave me. On top of that it is going to take forever for my bangs to grow back out. I wish I had never set foot in this place.
