Everything about coming here makes you feel motivated & good about yourself. The environment & people are highly calming & relaxing. The instructors really take their time with you & dont make you feel uncomfortable or like youre behind . Theres no such thing as being behind, everyone is on their own level! Havent been in a very long time but I miss every aspect about this wonderful studio. Cant wait to start building my muscle back up! Muscle memory is pretty amazing when it comes to dance moves and tricks !! 😍🙏🏽

Perfect bachelorette party activity! Francesca was a life saver scheduling our bachelorette party class last minute! Her energy was great. She made sure we all had a great time. Attentive and knowledgeable instructors in a pleasantly designed studio. Took both the pole class and the lyra class. Would recommend both if youre interested. The owner is wonderful and you can tell she really cares about safety and making pole a good, fun experience. 100% recommend for bachelorette parties.

I can’t express how much I love this place. Francesca really does care about her clients as well as every employee there! They go out of their way to make a clean, professional, and fun atmosphere! The instructors are all great, but I work with Jen for Lyra classes and she is exceptional.The best part about FEMPRESS Fit is it is STRICTLY women only. One time there were going to be men in the studio to finish some work and Francesca called me ahead of time to let me know this, which I highly appreciated because I had an uncomfortable experience one time with men. Francesca has made this a very comfortable space. Love you guys!

Five starts for Femrpess Fit! A group of 14 ladies were lucky to take the private class Twerk and Twerl with Unica, who is an awesome instructor. She led a great warmup with a couple across the floor exercises to practice the basic twerk moves. We then worked on a learning a short twerk/pole combination routine the rest of the time. She had a great playlist, and was very attentive to making sure everyone felt comfortable, had fun, and learned! Francesca, the owner, was so fun to have in the room with us taking pictures and videos and cheering us on. She even took us to the rooftop before the class to get some photos with the Chicago skyline in the background. What a blast!

They went above and beyond for my bachelorette party! Everyone had a great time and the instructors are incredible!

This place is amazing. I was kinda scared going at first but once i got inside and loosened up it was great. The teacher was super nice and helpful and so was the girls. Definitely going back soon.

Love...love.. this studio! Very knowledgeable instructors. Took the twerking class with Aaliyah and she was the best! Definitely signing up for a membership after that class. Would recommend for any women trying to learn some new moves.

Amazing experience! My friends and I took a pole/lap dance class as part of my best friends bachelorette weekend.All the ladies were super accommodating and attentive, the location was amazing and super unique, and the class its was super fun.We a large group and all beginners but the introductory made everyone was on track and having fun. Would recommend them to everyone!

Francesca is such an amazing instructor! She carefully explains technique so you can master pole moves and tricks correctly. The Lacuna Lofts space is so cool! Plus the first class is free. I definitely recommend checking it out.

I booked a bachelorette party/class with Fempress Fit and could not have been happier! The booking process was easy, they were very responsive, and the class, space, and environment was AMAZING! We had so much fun taking the class and learning a routine. They even played paparazzi and took photos and videos to capture our day. After the class we opened presents, drank champagne, and had some snacks. Everyone was so upbeat and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Recently booked a bachelorette party, for a group of ten, with this wonderful company and dont have enough words to describe how amazing everything was. From the beginning, Francesca was very quick at responding and accommodating our requests up to the very last minute. She, Selena and Unika made the workshop a highlight of our weekend. What can I say about this place other than its absolute gem to the Pilsen community! I have taken a few classes here, I am a plus size woman and I felt so confortable being on the pole and the instruction given by Francesca is absolutely amazing. Im a visual learner and her skill on the pole will leave you speechless. She can even do the move in a slow motion and then slow motion, IN RESERVE.Also I took a glute class taught by Daria. She is super talented and have a body that is made in the gym. She is a great instructor and kept all the ladies in class motivated even when you want to give up. She is there every step of the way and she does the exercises’ with you so you. This class made me sweat profusely and feel like my butt lifted a half-inch. Thanks Daria!If you’re looking for a new fitness routine, this is the place to be! You can have your girls’ night out, bachelorette parties, and just to get your sexy on, this is the place to be. Did I mention they have an app where you can schedule classes around your schedule? Such a plus in this day and age where everyone is technical, but in Fempress, you put that phone away and really enjoy, YOUR TIME! Ten stars should be an option.
