We moved to Bridgeport, my family and I, last fall. McClellan has been a good experience for my stepson. Disciplined students in a sincere and reasonably formal setting is all I have seen. There is a local feel to the place, the historical building and its high ceilings are warm in winter, comfortable and a good part of a huge school system. We are satisfied to say the least.
I hate this school. I cant wait until I get my child out of that place. They dont know how to handle any situation with the children or the adults. I promise I really dislike that school!!! That school is EVIL!!!!
Teachers are so kind. Over all they should rate this school alittle higher on thier dedication. But this school was rate a 4 in chicago.
As a 5 year old I didnt do too well starting at McClellan. When my older brother Marshall started kindergarden there, I insisted on going along. Trouble is, no one told me where the bathrooms were. Accidents happen. Pooped in my pants. For the next 70 or so years thought I was booted out of kindergarden for P O P (pooping in pants). Next older brother Hy told me that was not so. The kindergarden teacher was asking where I was. Moral to the story, tell the kids where the toilets are. That story took place 82 years ago making me 92 today.
Friend told me Mrs. B is pretty good.
Will the school be open 11/23/15?
Nightmare at this school.
