My English has improved a lot since I studied here. I met really good teachers and friends here. And I recommend this school. The price is good, and the quality of the classes in the school is very high. I have been studied ESL at UCSD in San Diego and I think the quality of the classes of GT is similar with that classes of school. Im very satisfied. ( sometime, a lot of homeworks are really helpful... I like it )

As an ESL instructor that teaches various levels of students such as GE 300 Beginning to Advanced Listening, Reading, and Writing. It is a great institution to work for and I have been here since February 2020. The center maintains a professional atmosphere, as well as the diversity of different international students from many parts of the world with their own individual personalities that create a unique environment. As an ESL teacher with a background in international coordination, the benefits of working here are many. I will continue to give the best teaching practices to enable the students to improve not only their grammar and vocabulary, but also a sense of self and gain confidence in themselves and their individual abilities.

I highly recommend this school! The classes they have are really helpful to learn English and all teachers are very kind and skilled. Because when I come to the U.S. first, I barely speak in English and I don’t have any friends at that time. But now I feel my English has improved a lot and I have many friends from all over the world. And they have the activity that I have learned a lot of American and Chicago culture. And even the price is reasonable!!!!

Over all is good, but amount of time they advertise and real time of learning time we study is far difference. For example, the schedule time shows 4 pm- 10 pm--6 hrs/day-- 3 days a week --10 weeks/ course = 180 hrs you pay around $1,500It seems like a fair price.In reality, none of classes keep that schedule time.Teachers start class quite late and finish class 1 and a half hour before 10 pm.Studying 6 hrs a day it is too much, I agree. But why they dont set up only 4 hrs/day and make course to be 12 weeks in order to get 180 hrs as they advertise.I feel, it is not the right...kind of dishonest!!!Beside of this, the teachers have good skills of teaching and staffs are friendly.

I believe, If you studied in the GT, you could meet such a nice people as kind and professional Teachers. I recommend you go to the GT for English studying. Dont waste your time.

I am pleased study at GT language school. Teachers are very professional. Students are very friendly. When you have a problem, other people are always ready to help you. The school provides free conversation class and coffee. And we have some activities after school.

It was the best language school I could recommend!Located in downtown Chicago, it was great to take a bus or subway.Compared to the famous academy and university language schools I had attended before, I was worried about the quality part at first because the price was so low that it was the most active and fun language school I had ever attended. The language is up to you, but it is a place where you can learn English quickly if you are active.
