Redzovic Jiu-Jitsu is such an excellent place to train Jiu-Jitsu. It is a safe training space with instructors who are knowledgeable, friendly, and want the best for their students. As someone who joined without any martial arts or grappling experience, learning and training here has been extremely rewarding. Also, they have fostered a community with members/students with great character, which is another reason why I love training here. I highly recommend this place!

If you are looking for a community dedicated to the sport, art and self defense of Jiu Jitsu then Redzovic is the community you want to be a part of. The coaches are extremely knowledgable, but the life lessons and character you will build in your journey go well beyond the walls of the gym. I recently joined this gym, and I am more than happy with my decision. The coaches are affable, patient and diverse in their teaching. The atmosphere is so welcoming that you will increasingly get pulled into the community.

Great classes 👌Get in shape while having fun. If you find lifting weights a bit boring try pushing guys off you while theyre trying to strangle you. Its incredible cardio and strength training and a full brain exercise at the same time!

Very unprofessional. Most of the time when I call, no one answers. They probably have 2 or 3 types of membership and refuse to tell me what the prices are through the phone. Why? Why would I even bother taking a trial class if its not even in my Budget. Im assuming its extremely expensive. Never trust a jiu jitsu place that doesnt directly tell you their prices.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. The coaches are top notch, and the curriculum is well designed and structured. I feel the teachers are vested in every students success whether you are an experienced grappler, or just starting out. The environment is welcoming and supportive regardless of a persons gender, size, or age.The academy itself is newly remodeled, large and spacious. There is so much talent on the mats at every training session, and many great people to learn from.Overall 5 stars !

Team Redzovic as it is now is probably the most complete BJJ school in the area. Complete as in it provides a little bit of everything regarding Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for most people...the new person who wants to get fit, the person who wants to gain confidence that he or she can defend themselves in a street altercation, the athlete who wants to get back into the game and compete, or even just the average Joe who is bored with just moving weights in a gym.The instruction is top-notch, and I have spent a good portion of my life on the mats learning skills, moving my body, and making friends with people Id never meet at my job or in my comfortable social circles. BJJ, and this academy in particular, brings in everyone of all backgrounds, and allows these people to interact in safe, equitable environment.

A very positive atmosphere!! I came in with no prior martial arts experience and I am 42 years old. I am just sorry I did not do it sooner! Everyone is very helpful, to say the least! I was there at academy some time ago. Professor Adam said i know you. You were here 2 yrs ago. Wow i was sold. Came back home a week ago and it felt good. My Bjj family. Great school. So happy to be back. Lets Roll. Lol .

Let me start off by saying that I am beginner to martial arts and began training in my late 20s. This is absolutely an amazing academy. The atmosphere here is very unique: no pressure, very welcoming, and all around incredibly positive and helpful. I was really amazed as to how accurately they describe themselves and how accurately they describe the benefits of Jiu Jitsu. I got into martial arts for gain discipline, to learn self defense, to improve my physical fitness, because I was always interested, and to learn from qualified, accomplished, and helpful people. I got all of that from Team Redzovic. Im planning on being a member for years to come and I couldnt ask for a better group of people to learn from.

Amazing school. Awesome atmosphere, youll never feel like a customer here, instead youll feel like part of a community. The Redzovic Brothers are some of the best instructors out there and have the right attitude about martial arts.

I called them to set up a meeting and they required one of their reps to call me back. No problem. However, no one ever called back. So I went through the process again. I got a call a few days later and they offered to set up a free session and answer any questions I had. I show up at the scheduled time and no one was there to help me. I waited about 10 minutes then they started while I was in the waiting room. The round trip cost me $30 in taxi farE and 40 minutes of my life. The place has TERRIBLE service to potential students.

I have a son who use to train at the redzovic school. My son love it but the instruction not always good. All teachers except one been good. One of owners with long hair is very nice and good. The other one, I will not name but he is short and heavy. He not look like he train. He is mean to kids like military, make favorites, and does not act like good role model. What make me mad was he made a racist joke to his friends. That not ok when kids are their. He is rude and loudmouth. This school has good teacher and he is not one. My son not train there for long time because him and thats to bad because he likes it. I think the owners should make sure people like him are not to teach children. He is not good for school.

They have three locations and accommodate competitive, beginner and children. Give Redzovic jiu jitsu a chance and you wont regret it.

While this school has officially separated from the Gracie Barra team, and started a new path as Team Redzovic, this is still one of the best schools in Chicago, probably the midwest, if not even the best in a larger range. Amazing number of high level students, as well as almost at least 1 black belt in each class, if not more. Its not surprising to find 4 black belts sparring during an advanced class. The atmosphere is very family oriented. Team Redzovic doesnt just seek to improve the physical skills of the members, but also to improve the person as a whole, including mentally.
