When I was little I would go here the only problem I had is my brother got into a fight and the kid punched him. Otherwise I absolutely love the place I havent been there since I was little, they have totally changed the place. The outside/play place has not changed at all. I totally miss this place and wish I could visit there! (Now 12 about to be 13 years old)

My daughter has been in little learners for a year, and we love it! As a single mom, I was nervous and hesitant to leave my daughter with strangers that I had no personal relationship with, but little learners was the best decision I ever made. From the first day that my daughter steps foot into this facility, we were welcomed and felt loved by everyone. They have this app that allows me to interact with the teachers and get updates on my daughters daily activities. They really keep me up to date on her development and activities and give me helpful advice. I promise you that you will be blown away by the tour. The teachers and staff are phenomenal! My daughter knows how to talk in complete sentences, she loves to sing the ABCs and all the nursery rhymes she learns at school. Plus, she has learned Spanish because the staff members are culturally diverse individuals and have taught her to say her numbers, colors, and shape in Spanish. I can go on and on about how phenomenal these teachers are to my child and I. Not only are the teachers excellent, but the director has been so helpful in every single question I have about paying tuition and keeping up to date with upcoming events. She is friendly, supportive, enthusiastic and driven to help all the parents with any situation. She always has a big smile on her face. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for this daycare and I recommend people to go here.

My experience at Little Learners has being great! I wanted to voice how wonderful the staff is. Teacher Tara, Jasmin and Kim were Benjamins teachers. They have listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They took their time to help my child transition well into his classroom. They are just the best. Thank you and please continue doing what you do.

My daughter will be turning 3 in August, she’s been coming here since last July. At first, she had a very difficult time adjusting, she would cry and didn’t interact with anyone. Her teachers were great and would reassure her (and me) that she’s ok and that I would be back. When she was switched to the 2 yr old room it’s like a light switch went on because she wasn’t crying when I would drop her off anymore and her teachers, Jasmin (who is amazing and now the director) and Kim (also awesome), would say she was interacting a lot more and participating in group activities which was a relief for me as well. The teachers communicate with me all the time and even send pictures, which I LOVE its not easy being away from her so seeing pictures helps me feel better about it. When they would have concerns they gave me helpful tips to help her along. I felt that was great so that we can be on the same page at home and school. 2 and 3 yr olds can be challenging but I feel they are great with them and as long as we (the parents) and teachers work together can make things much easier. As a parent, I always worry about someone mistreating her. My daughter is excited to wake up and go in every morning. She looks forward to having breakfast with her friends. One day a few months ago her room teacher (Teacher Kim) was there when dropping her off, usually it was other teachers (just as nice), when my daughter seen that she was there she yelled out her name and ran to give her a hug because she was happy to see her, that’s when I knew for sure that my daughter was being treated well, with the care and respect a child should be cared for.Every teacher that she’s had has been awesome. She’s now with teacher Liz and Teacher Daisy and she talks about them all the time. They are fantastic with her i can see how much they care for the little ones in their classroom.I am confident that I choose the right place for her and can recommend Little Learners to anyone looking for a safe and loving daycare for their child.

I regret sending my daughter here for 10 months. At the beginning she begged me everyday to not leave her there. Had I known what I know now, I would never have enrolled her here. PARENTS BEWARE! If it wasnt for 3 teachers that actually treated my daughter well, I would have pulled her out immediately. This place only cares about your money and not the kids. Management doesnt care that the teachers have way too many kids per teacher. The teachers who have been there the longest are the worst to the kids. If your child has allergies, beware!!!! they dont care to follow instructions not to feed your kids certain things that cause allergic reactions. Ive heard them say racists remarks when the kids dont speak English and one teacher forced a toddler to eat food with her hand held behind her back. The teacher did this because the child couldnt or didnt want to use a spoon. Had that been my child, I would have gone to jail. I witnessed a roach walking across the floor and the carpet is filthy. How are my childs shoes black when they arent going outside in the winter. Be careful, they have a few locations.

When I first came to this center my son was 2 years old. I was greeted by the Director (at the time) Diana. I felt welcomed and the place looked clean and professional. My son was experiencing daycare for the very first time so as all mothers know, I was very particular where my son would be and his overall wellbeing was my top priority. Everything was great in the beginning. Teachers communicated and were friendly. Over the past year the professionalism had declined and I began to question how staff cared for my child. This is when I noticed my son had two rug burns on his back that became scars. When i brought it to their attention I was told they would look into the matter. Nothing had been said for about a month and I brought up the issue again to which still I had no answers. It was almost as if they were scared and tried to hide something.Over the next few months I was experiencing complaints from staff regarding my sons behavior. He had been moved to 4 different classrooms in less than 1 year. The professionalism had gotten worse, the lack of communication was almost non existent. I became frustrated and confused as to where the issues (with my son) had suddenly become so much for staff to deal with that they made it known in their body language and ignorant greetings in the morning that my son was the problem child.Fast forward to now, it wasnt until 3 weeks ago that things went completely left. My son who is now 3 1/2 refused to want to go to school. When we first started here he was happy and excited Teacher and Friends is all he would talk about happy and excited but up until Diana (who was the director) left is when my son refused to want to go to school. He would scream and cry and tell me No mommy, No teacher and Friends. I brought this to the schools attention to which they had no answers as to why my son was unhappy. I was than suggested to take my son to get tested. I was appalled. How unprofessional and ignorant can one be to suggest I take a three year old who was more advanced than the kids in his class to be tested. And for what exactly? They literally made me take a photo of a program given at the library to see why my child had these behavior issues. Because they did not have a paper copy.. These so called behavior issues they implied my son had were normal three year old behaviors. Children hits age can not properly explain how or why they are frustrated or in a bad mood. They have temper tantrums, this is all about learning and growing up. But they made it seem like my child was so bad and they couldnt handle him.So a child doesnt want to nap, he doesnt like certain foods, he doesnt want to do story time, this does not make him a bad kid. I felt like they are lazy, unprofessional and really dont care to understand or honestly help a struggling child but rather just complain to the parent and not really fix the situation.I also noticed that my son would come home extra hungry and almost dehydrated because he would drink his juice in 2 seconds at pick up. And he would say Im hungry after getting in the car. This was another issue. When Diana was there I felt respected, I felt comfortable and confident to leave my child. She did her ultimate best to give him one on one structure. She did help to correct bad behavior in a positive manner. She took the time to do her best and let me know that she would not give up on my child. She was compassionate and that made me feel like I had a great support team to help my son advance.I am disappointed in this place. I do not recommend anyone bring their child here based off things Ive witnessed during morning drop offs. Lets just say teachers should be more cautious and always remember we are watching. You should be ashamed of yourselves.Little Learners is unprofessional, you need to care more and definitely communicate much better. And as to the new director in that building you really need a new profession. Clearly you lack professionalism, manners and compassion for this field.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE CRUCIAL:I am a single mother of a beautiful three year old girl. I am attending school and I work, so I obviously need child care. I live near Little Learners, so I decided to walk there and learn more about them. I walk in the building and see two women talking, they do not even acknowledge that I am standing there. The second door is locked so I can not walk in. (Which is a good thing.) They did not say sorry give me a minute, didnt even smile, or try to talk to me. They looked once at me then looked away. Finally, a women opened the door and said yes?. I told her I wanted to know about the child care services they provide. She gave me a paper and pointed to the number for the Action For Children program. I thought that was rude. As I walked out of the building, there was a women entering the building and she said bye have a nice day with a big smile on her face. I assume that she works there. That is the type of people I want to treat me while I am giving them my hard earned money. So I will give them a second chance and I will call to set up an appointment with them. I will leave a second review after I encounter them again. Thanks for reading.

My home daycare was closed for a week so I enrolled my 15 month old son there, Paula the director dosent even acknowledge you or smile , she just opens door and lets you in, while the other teachers just seem to talk, every time I picked up my son they were either watching tv or watching cartoons on the laptop come on people interact with the CHILDREN!! Instead of them singing songs and interacting with kids, they just put it on the labtop while they talk, I would never send my baby there again. And not to mention breakfast was tiny mini muffin from Jewel so nutritious on top of dirty high chair full of crumbs.
