They are wonderful loving people I love them they make me feel so comfortable with them having my twin babies it was a big relief once I put my babies under their care ❤️

Kiddie steps for you is a good place for your child to attend. The teachers there are nice to my baby Leilani and most of the time she’s happy to go to school so that makes me happy and not uncomfortable to take her everyday.

I called several times to attempt to enroll my daughter into daycare. For 2 weeks I called in and left voicemails and my calls were not returned. I inturn emailed the contact information listed on the website. I was given a direct extension to the owner or director of the daycare n order to speak with her about further information. I left my work phone number and my cell number when calling previously. The owner responded to the email and stated that she tried to call me at 6pm on my work phone but I was not there. Mind you I stated that I leave work at 6pm. But Im normally around until 6:30 as I must wait for relief to come because I work at a hospital. At any rate I emailed my cell phone number to her just to make sure she had it since it would be a better method of contacting me. She respnded the next day and informed me that she would call me later on in the evening at 6pm. I waited until 8pm and never received a call. I emailed her right then and there and let her know that no thanks no further contact would be initiated by myself and none was needed from her establishment. It tells one a lot about their business ethic and communication when it takes two weeks just to receive any type of feed back and when stating they will call they do not. I also let her know that I would just look into other places for adequete daycare services and I would most certainly write a review about my experience with the business. One would think that potential new business would peak their interest and someone at the facility would answer the phones at least one day out of 2 weeks of trying to contact someone for information and to view the facility. After I stated I would leave a review then the owner called me twice the following day stating that she apologized for not contacting me. I did not bother to respond. As far as I was concerned they lost business and I would rather not do business or in trust my child with that daycare. I dont understand how some of these placea are still in business with owners and employees that dont do their job effectively.
