Shelves have been pretty much empty the last few weeks, but as of yesterday they are finally filling up again.Cashiers are all pretty helpful and kind.No complaints.

I went in in the hopes they had school supplies sice other stores have been out. They had #2 pencils and wide ruled notebook paper plus many other aupplies.

Really nice staff. clean. No bathroom though.

Had some good sales. I bought a bunch of soap. .50 cents a 2 pack. Compare to DOVE, CARESS and DIAL. Only .25 cents a bar.

Theyre always busy trying to restock the shelves. They take their time to help you find any item youre struggling to find even if they have to go in the back to retreat it. Works are always polite and helpful.

Everything you need in one stop, cheap prices, good selection. They even have a good selection of flip flops and sandals. Checkout Lines tend to be a bit long.

I come here often. Its always a pleasant experience. If you need help with anything, someone is willing to help you find everything you need. All the employees and the store manager are really nice. They also have alot of patience with people whom have a hard time making up there minds while paying. lol

Kimberly is EXCELLENT as a Administrator. She has black male who used RACE CARD on ME at McDonalds. Red shirt and NAME BADGE AND WHEN I TRIED TO READ, he intentionally blocked my view.

Do not use a digital coupon there. I redeemed it while in line, after I asked her the pertinent questions TO use it. Then she scans and tells me it didnt go thru, and that she had the same problem before. AFTER I MADE SURE I ASKED HER QUESTIONS TO USE IT!

Cashiers are rude and dont even acknowledge customers when they are checking out.

Decent prices and selection

It takes up to 10 consecutive calls back to back to get anyone to answer there phones, costumer service is so bad it barely exists and they will lead you on about hiring for weeks and then act as if they dont know why your upset with the way your treated

The crew that works at the Bridge St. are great, friendly and very helpful. It is cheaper than Dollar G. Stores. Great store...

Shop I find things that I need there at the last minute to buy and its convenient and theyre friendly there where I go to shop at Family Dollar on Bridge Street and Chillicothe Ohio so I would recommend anybody go shopping there great place to shop

I lived just a few blocks from Family Dollar, the employees are very helpful, & friendly there....Its very convenient for me to pick up necessities at Family Dollar...

The new layout of the store makes shopping quicker and easier but the employees have always been courteous and male checkout times very quick and accurate

Im not a troublemaker by any means, but I did NOT have a good experience at the Bridge Street Family Dollar. For one I was having a rough day to begin with, Im a single parent to 3 small children and we dont have a car so I was pushing a double stroller through the store and I have 2 kids under the age of 2 so yes, I carry a diaper bag. Anyway it was about 100 degrees outside that day so I had 3 unhappy kids. We arent frequent customers of Family Dollar so I dont know all their policies. A manager approached me, cant remember her name and was just as rude as she could be letting me know that I was not allowed to have my kids diaper bag in the store. Normally I really wouldnt have been bothered by it, but I was trying to quiet down 2 screaming babies, probably digging through the bag looking for a bottle or sippy cup. That wasnt the end of it, she literally stood 2 inches from me staring at us until I started toward the door, and then she was following me, I held open the dialer bag making it clear that we werent stealing, still following me. I sat the shopping basket down and we left. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT FAMILY DOLLAR AGAIN

Cashiers decided to finish conversation before waiting on customer.... Ask 2 times where lint roller was and no one had enough time to show me were the very well hidden limt roller was.
