The head coach is always bragging about hurting people and breaking peoples teeth like a cool guy. The coach spars too rough with new students, he knocked a student out during training. I would NEVER put my child in his class. Terrible head coach, great students.

Ever since joining Vital Force a little over a year ago I have learned the proper techniques of Muay Thai, boxing and MMA. Love being apart of this amazing family everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed and we all help and motivate each and help make each other better especially for our team mates that are pursuing their passion as fighters. Also love that they have kids classes coach Lee is very good with kids and I loved that my stepdaughter has grown so much and has learned to be confident and learn self defense and discipline. I highly recommend coming to take one of coach Lees classes even if you dont think its something for you trust me taking one class will change your mind, and if your not quite ready to take techniques class he also has VF30 which is 30 minutes of fitness mostly HIIT workouts which are amazing who would of thought I could burn so many calories and sweat that much in just 30 minutes.
