I adore Westwood School. As a special needs teacher, Ive worked here for the past 6 years. Principal Grant changed the culture of this school within one month of him taking the reins. He is respectful to students, his staff, families and the community. He exudes professionalism and requires it amongst his staff and students. He runs a tight ship and deals with disciplinary issues fairly. Of all the principals Ive worked with in my 18 years of teaching, he is, by FAR, the best principal Ive ever worked with. I am sad to leave this Westwood family. The special needs students with multiple disabilities are moving to Chase next year. Excited about the change, but sorry to leave this awesome school!

THIS SCHOOL IS HORRIBLE!!No books!Rude undereducated unhappy teachers!Principal Grant cares more about his wardrobe than the students!They starve the students. Freeze them. Rushes them. Forces them to be quiet! Their militant efforts to not work at all!!Last year!

Tomorrow is Spring picture day,and the students have to wear their hideous uniform!! That is ridiculous! They have gorgeous backgrounds to choose from,but these uniforms will destroy the total aesthetic of the photo!! Gosh,this school is horrible! I have made the decision to put my child in private school. Westwood Elementary School is by far the worst school in Cincinnati!! It should be shut down,or vote for a different principal! I am so happy that my child will never enter this school again!!!

While I was there it was meh, the kids will roast your kid if they arent wearing Jordans or whatever. Some students were nice and many were like your crazy auntie, which was enjoyable. The problem is truly Mr. Grant. He seeks the best but in the wrongest of ways. When I left, my brother was constantly bullied with Mr. Grant fully aware. When my mother confronts him, he still doesnt do anything at all and it took my mother to call him a bald headed man with fake eyebrows for him to partially to realize it. There is this lady with blonde hair at the front desk and she is a... you know what I mean. When my other brother was gonna enroll, she made any excuse possible for that brother not to go there. But this one super nice teacher helped us with the issue. Luckily, this school is so bad that I go to go to a local private school for free. St. Martins of Tours, and amazing school :).

Absolutely the worst school in Cincinnati. Apathetic teachers and a principal who cant be bothered to follow up with parental concerns. Children dont even get school books just occasional photocopied work sheets.

Worst school teacher principle horrible. Remove a kid I have custody of without calling us. Had bus driver tell me. Kid has anxiety bad plus rare disorder. The whole cause serious meltdown took weeks to deal with. Many vist to her therapist

My name is Kawanna Johnson and my son is a new first grader at this school. I believe the first grade math teacher Mr French is a racist pig whose intent is to sit around in class all day and not teach. I met him a few weeks ago and he stated my son was ok in his class yet he failed again. He told me that if he had any concern about my child that he would help my son by getting him one on one sessions, continuously communicating with me, and sending home extra work. None of these things happened. My son said that his classroom is disruptive and that this teacher does not teach!

I miss this school so much I came her since 2nd- 6th grade
