Phenomenal experience. Found this last minute. At 7:30, I was able to scheduled an 8PM tour same day. We were about 40 minutes away, but the staff assured us theyd make sure to get us in. Being a family of 5, we needed to do two flights and they worked with us to make it work out to our advantage.The flight itself was great. Beautiful sunset views over the city and river. 100% kid approved and now my 4 year old is excited to be a pilot when hes big enough.

I purchased the Cincinnati Skyline tour for two off Groupon for Stratus Helicopters and was thoroughly impressed! Steve, the owner, was very easy to work with during the appointment set up. He was very informative, easy to talk to, and really took pride in his business! He sent the email confirmation with details. He was extremely flexible with changes due to to weather. The staff was amazing! Steve and Carrie escort you into the helicopter, take photos, and send them to you! The flight is about 15 minutes. Kylan was our pilot. He was excellent! We took the night tour of the Cincinnati Skyline. He was social, knowledgeable, and made sure we took great photos. I would definitely do this again! It was a beautiful night, great experience, and is locally owned! Great for a date night!

I got a skyline tour as a BD gift for my self with my 3 YO son this was our first time flying with a helicopter and it was great experience, definitely won’t be the last . Thanks to pilot Colt for a wonderful tour and a memories won’t be forgotten.

We were given a Skyline Tour package as a Christmas gift in 2019. Due to the pandemic, we had to wait a while, but finally got to take our flight in 2021! Everyone at Stratus is awesome! Theyre incredibly nice and the pilot was fantastic. He gave us a super smooth ride and was extremely knowledgeable about the city. I would definitely fly with them again!

I HIGHLY recommend Stratus Helicopters! Steve and the team helped me pull off a surprise engagement and it went extremely well. Steve and his team are extremely accommodating, flexible and pay attention to details. And most importantly, they are safe. They patiently answered all of my questions and I felt safe the entire time. They went above and beyond to help with the engagement and took a ton of high quality pictures and video. The ride was smooth and the pilot was nice and very professional. I would highly recommend them to my friends! High class and well run company.

I called this place for a surprise birthday gift for my husband, I wanted the most expensive tour they offered. Apparently, they dont need my money, because the man I spoke with told me hed check on the date I wanted and call me back in an hour, well 2 days passed and no call back. I called and left a message reminding him of who I was and what I was looking for and left my number again in case he had it wrong the first time. Again... Another day passes and no call back.So far the customer service is terrible. I guess they dont want my money. Im sure Ill find somebody who does elsewhere.

The airport (behind Strutus Helicopters) is awesome, they have fireworks on Memorial Day and some vendors along with a band. Also, theres a program for youth to fly with a pilot. Idk alot about that program, but thinks its amazing. Plus, u can take flying lessons too!
