Master Hamilton and Master Kim are awesome instructors! My daughter and I look forward to every class. Each class is packed with learning forms, one-step sparring, kicking and hand techniques, self defense techniques and free sparring. Every student was friendly and welcoming to us when we started attending classes a little over a year ago. We have made many friends attending Taekwondo classes. My daughter and I feel like we are not just students but part of a family.

I have been going to Ahn Taekwondo since November, and I had previously no martial arts experience. Master Hamilton and Master Kim have been incredibly patient and encouraging in my Taekwondo education. I couldnt recommend this studio enough for any age, the environment is clean, warm, and welcoming. I feel as if I have found my second family at this studio. 5 Stars!

Ive been attending Ahn Taekwondo Institute for over 10 years and have so much appreciation for my experience here. From 4th grade up to college, Ive grown as a person and got much more physically fit from consistent classes. Regular classes focus on forms, better technique, self defense, and sparring. There are optional interests for students to pursue if interested, such as weapons or sparring competitions. Its a great school thats welcoming to anyone and I highly recommend it!

Ahn TKD is great for kids and adults. We have been taking our son for 2 years now. He has learned so much and it had really helped him with his confidence, listening, and coordination. He loves it and we love it too.

Great facility. Staff is easy to work with. Content is covered very well and the instructors are very helpful.

There is no timetable for each student. The classes are overcrowded. Young kids are lost with adults around, and each teacher has its pattern. My personal experience during covid with fees is terrible. I requested to delay the fees or move to a monthly plan, the management is money-minded.

Our family is thrilled to have discovered Ahn Taekwondo. My tween-age daughter can be shy in a new situation, but the instructors quickly gained her trust. Each one is patient and positive, and she especially loves Master Hamilton and Ms. Middleton. It is wonderful to see students of all ages, children and adults, all enjoying themselves together in the same atmosphere. We will also enroll our younger son very soon.

My son was learning Taekwondo at Ahn’s since 2 Nd grade and now he is in high school - he came back to training . I would highly recommend this facility . The owners are very friendly and kind. They work with every child and help to build confidence and strength in each student .The atmosphere of mutual respect and patience trickles down from the management to all instructors and students much appreciate this .

My family has been going to Ahn for just over a year. The instructors have been awesome. My young children really enjoy it and its really helped to develop their confidence. Im also really enjoying it, and its making me wish I had started martial arts at a younger age, instead of my 40s. Regardless, we all are planning to continue studying with Ahn Taekwondo for years to come.

My son has been attending Ahn Taekwondo for 1 1/2 years. Master Hamilton is an amazing instructor and is patient with all students no matter their age or belt level. All the instructors are patient with students learning but are also firm, when needed. This is the best place for my son to learn Taekwondo!

Joined Ahn Taekwondo after looking for a family friendly location that teaches Martial arts to kids and adults. The schedule offering is flexible with multiple classes daily and the facility is run very professionally. The instructors are top notch, focusing not only on technique, forms and practice, but also mindset, behaviors and FUN!. My 8yr old loves coming to meet his new friends and have fun while learning. All in all, a great place.

Master Hamilton has been great with our 3 year old who started in the Little Bears program and is now in the regular classes. I highly recommend for families. We even had our sons birthday party here!

Ive been going to classes there for a little over two years, and its been a great help to me. My flexibility, strength, endurance and balance have visibly improved. Masters Hamilton and Kim help me keep fit and keep learning, despite my age (74) and limitations (osteoporosis, mainly). I cancelled my gym membership, because this is so much better!

Ahn Taekwondo is an AMAZING Martial arts institution!!! My 6 year old has been attending Ahn for almost a year and we are NEVER disappointed!Master Hamilton & Master Kim are so patient with the younger kiddos as well as adults! They have sparring every Saturday, As well as offering classes 6 days a week! Forms, Terminology, Contact & Non Contact Sparring, Self defense. Every student is a priority. Wonderful place for children and adults to learn! Safe, encouraging, challenging and high quality instruction. The instructors and owners really know and care about each child. Great number of class times offered to allow flexibility for scheduling.

We love Ahns TKD. Our son goes 3 days a week. Master Kim and Master Hamilton are very passionate and caring people who run a great program. We love the ninja nights and extra programs they offer. They even offer daytime homeschool classes that we love because its smaller groups with more personal training.This is our 3rd TKD place for our son and has been our favorite by far.

I first found out about Ahns when my sister came for a tournament in Indiana from Florida. They were open and willing to help her train for the week she was visiting! That included sparring, breaking, & her forms! She is a black belt & my daughter aspires to follow in her foot steps. So I decided to try this school for myself and I couldn’t be happier for my daughter! She practices 3 times a week with options on the weekend, Master Hamilton & Master Kim are possibly the friendliest people I’ve ever met which is followed with the helpfulness and encouraging staff! My daughter participated in the Ahn Classic and received a 1st place trophy in Breaking! She was confident and focused! Definitely a proud Mom moment but most important proud kid moment! Thank you guys for ALL that you do🥋💪🏽🙏🏽 !!!

The instructors in this school are great and knowledgeable however the way classes are preformed is subpar. The class mates are spectacular the blackbelts are amazing top notch. If you want to attend this school youll have to sign a 6 month or 1 year contract. All most every class is 20 basic motions and forms and thats it. Maybe once or twice did we do pad work to focus on kicking skills. I attended two months and did zero sparring in class. When I inquired about the lack of sparring I was referred to the Saturday class which you have to pay extra for. If you want to master your basic motions and forms I would recommend this school above all else. If you desire to use your skills in sparring, learn effective drills/movement, or overall self defense I would avoid this school.

My children have been coming for 2 1/2 years. My youngest participated in the Little Bears program before joining the regular classs. Little Bears is a great start for younger kids 2.5 to 5 years old. They not only learn basic taekwondo skills but life lesson skills. The regular class has great mixture of teaching kids proper forms, technique, breaking, sparring and self-defense. There are not only kids in each class but lots of adults as well. The instructors do a great job of instilling discipline and respect but yet remember that they are children. Master Hamilton cares deeply for everyone beyond mastering taekwondo skills. The higher belts help guide the lower belts. This is great for interaction and also for showing leadership. There is a great variety of times and I highly recommend Ahn Taekwondo.

My daughter has been taking classes there for over a year and she loves it! Classes are convenient for our schedule and Master Hamilton is a wonderful teacher!

My daughter goes here and absolutely loves it. It is a very clean and large facility dedicated to the martial arts...... Something you dont see very often. The staff is extremely polite, knowledgable, and welcoming. If you are on the fence about trying out a school, come for a single session and you will easily have your mind made up. The instructors take the time to teach everybody the fundamentals as a white belt and continue to try to push and challenge them along their career. They have beginner classes, family classes, sparring classes, hapkido, special needs classes, youth classes..... Thanks again for such a great school!

My kids have been coming for over 4 years. i looked at a lot of places before settling on Ahn’s and have never been disappointed with my choice. Unlike many places, the instructors (especially Master Hamilton) respect that they are children and yet still instill discipline and respect in every class. It is absolutely a martial arts class and not just a glorified babysitting service. Belt advancement is earned through hard work and ability rather than attendance which is why my daughter spent 18 months at the same belt—she didn’t put in the effort (she has belted up since then—lesson well learnt imo). I also appreciate the higher belts (not necessarily older students) help guide the lower/newer belts—this forces interaction among the group but also reinforces the need to remember and stay abreast of the lower skills rather than just “the ones needed for next test”. While there is a large focus upon proper forms and techniques, they teach a good mix of breaking, self defense, and sparring as well.I am very satisfied with both the variety of times in which classes are held as well as the flexibility of the school to accommodate our sometimes erratic schedule. I have recommended Ahn’s to a number of people (both adults and their children) who are also now students.
