The way I see it, first student has more than enough funds to have their red bank gravel bus lot paved over in either concrete or blacktop. The dust and irritants that are constantly in the air has to be awfully bad for the neighbors allergies, the drivers and mechanics allergies, the workers vehicles are left with a layer of gravel dust everyday which cuts into their wages because they need to ha e their vehicles washed every 2 days or so, the buses have filter problems because the dust clogs their intakes causing delays and downed buses, and its all around unpleasant.Its a shame that the company puts everyone in a state of physical health crisis to make a quick contract buck. While all the teamsters union big wigs run to the banks with all the money. Sorry but hey somebody had to say it

First student is unreliable, arrives late for pickup, leaves schools stranded, is inconsistent, and refuses to work with your school and trips. Thanks you if your late, but they are consistant late themselves. This is not even a one time issue but these are consistant issues.

If I could give this bus company a negative 10 stars I would. For the past 2 weeks my child has been picked up 45 minutes to 2 hours late or not picked up at all. A few of the days he was not picked up he waited for over an hour while it was 7 degrees for a bus that never came. I send my kids to the bus stop each morning and just cross my fingers, hoping they will be picked up. I have called customer service, managers, supervisors and the school and nobody can explain to me what is going on or if there is a solution in the works. Most of the managers or directors dont return my phone calls. I am at a loss of words when it comes to this company!!! I have been late to work or had to leave work so my child can get to school, not to mention all the days he has missed or been late because of this company.

I went there today to apply for a job as school bus monitor. Its a job that I had experience in at my old job working with developmentally disabled children and adults. Theyre looking for school bus drivers, monitors and van drivers for the new school year.

Too bad one star is the lowest you can rate.Outsourcing at its worst.I hate that my kids have to use this company.
