First day of bus service for my children never rode the bus before already nervous about them riding the bus due to the reviews very first day bus never shows up tells the school they already been there we’ve been standing here for 12 minutes imagine if it was cold outside ..

2nd day of school 2021 ( Finneytown) bus # no 87 kids throwing paper ball off at car , fighting, moving from seat - seat / never did she stop or correct them, A elder lady stopped her at the light to tell her / what was going on....

After reading all the reviews, I was very anxious about my son starting to ride with First Student to school. To my joy, I have thus far found the driver to be on time, professional, courteous and helpful to my child. Route 917, you are doing an exceptional job! Thank you for putting my mind at ease about my childs safety!

First Student Charter buses were a fantastic choice for transportation for our guests on our wedding day!! They were affordable, efficient, on time, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. When our wedding ran a little over the expected end time and we wanted to give our guests a little more time to get ready, we were able to easily call and shift the pick-up time at our hotel for the guests. They were fantastic, and we would highly recommend them for your transportation needs!

I greatly appreciate the bus service, customer service has always been helpful and pleasant, the drivers have been super nice; however my kid usually gets to school late due to the driver being late everyday or missing our bus stop.

My granddaughter was at the bus stop 15 to 20 minutes early she waited 15 to 20 minutes after the time the bus supposed to had arrived the bus never came when calling the bus company they pretend like they dont know what youre talkin about you have the card they mailed to your home and they saying theres a problem with the bus number on the card you have now were talkin about a 7 year old little girl out here in the world waiting on the bus dont know what to do her parents are late for work because now they have to take her to school and no one is being responsible no one is accepting responsibility and the same thing happened last year all last year we had rudeness bus driver that wasnt on time when you called the company you got the same type of rudeness they never get back with you about this problem and something needs to be done even if it means Cincinnati public School changing their bus service this is important, someone please help in this situation something bad is going to happen to these children out here thats waiting on buses that never show up

No one answers the phone,the automated system tells you to hold for next representative then phone goes silent. Terrible customer service. This schools dont even hold them accountable, shame

This company has no way to contact anyone during pick up hours which are 6:41 in the morning and then its the first day of school and theres no bus there to pick the children up for school dealt with this company years ago and its the same thing why are the drivers not held accountable and why would CPS harvest vendor to pick up students when it doesnt do its job poor service!!!!!

Know one returns your phone calls bus driver is very rude and mean to the kids grandkids has to listen to the bus drivers nasty songs with the F---k others kids might like be my grandkids don t like it and this is so disrespectful this is so wrong .....

When you you need to talk to someone, You get the run around people answering the phone are very unprofessional. Response to querries take forever, if you get one.
