I need a new home office chair. my old one was just terrible.I need to go up and figure out the right chair for me.I knew that Staples would have a big selection to try out and choose from.I wish I could remember the gentleman that helped me. I am terrible with names. He really did a spectacular job helping me find a chair.After about trying around 15 different chairs, I finally found the one I liked.To my luck, they had one left in stock. I went with the arcadian executive chair by Lazboy. It is now my second day using it, and I am pleased with my purchase.

Went there on my lunch hour for supplies for my store. Nobody mentioned their credit card machine was down until I got to the checkout. Total waste of time.

Horrible customer service. Got hung up on twice and put in hold to talk to a manager for 13 minutes!!! Thats a long time yo be put on hold for a manager. The best part is, I never got to talk to one. What has happened to this place? I get charged differently on copies each and everytime for the same copies OR I dont get charged at all. Im looking for a new place to do business. The people working behind the printing department are slow and not friendly.

I went in to buy an office chair, and they have a great selection! The staff there is friendly and attentive, and helped me to find what I believe will be the perfect chair for working from home! They helped me get the chair out to my car too!

The only person who helped me yesterday in the store was Ryley a very kind gentleman and a very kind lady at print and copy named Kenzie they were both very helpful but it seems as if the other employees were very inconsiderate of our time and rude while speaking to us when asking for help.

Went to this store for a desk. The kid at the counter told me they didn’t have it but the staples in Rochester did. It was a 28 minute drive but I needed it so I asked him “ are they gonna stay open for me?” He said, “they should that’s what I told them.” When I arrived in Rochester it was 9:05 and they told me that the kid on the phone didn’t tell them I was coming tonight and they had already turned their registers off. This was over an hour journey and no desk. I’m furious

I go for the shipping service, but its pretty slow

This place never seems to be too busy, but who can blame them... everything is being done online these days... but I really hope they don’t close. They got great services here and everyone is super polite. In a day and age where customer service is king, this place definitely gets it done and trains their employees well.

I Bought secure sheet protectors, quanity 25. I got home and actually counted each sheet protector and there were only 23🤷🏽‍♀️😲🤣 I want my other 2 sheet protectors. I was cheated 😔

Tiffany and Grace assisted me while creating a custom stamp and they were AWESOME. They talked me through the process and made sure things were perfect while laughing and having fun. The stamps came out perfectly and it makes me smile every time I use it .

So I buy an Easy Button for moral support. . . (because I was hoping for the support that a friend is SUPPOSED to give me!) and it was going great! My grades were getting better. My dating relationship was blossoming. My dog was getting fed consecutively every day (every other. . . same difference. . .).But then my button broke 😟. It was all downhill from there. My professors told me I needed to rethink my career choice to be a therapist. My girlfriend told me that living with my parents as a 38 yr old isnt cool. My dog is still eating every day (I think).Lies. Its all lies. It wasnt easy. Its not easy. Its dark and scary.

Customer service at this Staples location is great! A gentleman (I didnt catch his name, unfortunately) helped me find the product I was looking for in the store and price matched it to a lower priced product on their website that is the same thing and saved me a lot of money.

I wish I could give it a zero. Placed an online print order for 20 copies. Online it said it would be ready same day, came to pick up my order and the time was switched to tomorrow. Even though they have do not have one printer running right now, they refuse to push my order through because there are other orders ahead of mine that they currently arent running now either. Ive been waiting for 30 minutes now for them to cancel the order so Im not charged.

Staff was helpful and I was impressed by them. I was buying a filing cabinet but there was 2 different prices on it. They honored the lower price. They helped us find phone and computer accessories. It was a good experience!

I really like the Staples, theyre my go to place for office supplies, but Im finding here lately that they are not meeting my basic needs. Today I went looking for a basic pocket folder, and not only were they a little pricey, but they werent quite what I was looking for. If it had just been your basic paper pocket folder, that would have been exactly what I was looking for. I was trying to avoid the crowds, but it looks like Im going to have to visit a Target or Meijer.

Absolutely TERRIBLE printing service.I brought in a page I needed photocopied. 100 copies, black ink on colored card stock. Easy, right? Grab a stack of paper, toss it in the copy machine, type 100 copies, and hit the START button. NOPE! Boy, I wish it were that easy. First of all, the woman helping me clearly didnt want to be there (In hindsight I dont blame her) and frowned and let out a huge sigh at every request I made. I ask, what colors of card stock do you have available? *SIGHHHHH!* She handed me a booklet of card stock samples and I picked out two light pastel colors to print 50 of each. UGH, she says. Now I have to restart the ticket because I thought you only wanted one color! OK, Im sorry? Minutes later she finally gets the ticket filled out and I have to choose when I want the job finished by. I can pay a premium to have it done in an hour, otherwise it will be ready in 24 hours. What?? Ridiculous! This shouldnt take more than five minutes! Whatever, Ill be in the area tomorrow anyway so I go ahead and pay. Do you want us to call when its ready? Sure, I say.Next day its three hours past the deadline and I havent gotten a call but I decide to go anyway. The print job is finished but its completely wrong. Its printed on thin paper and on dark colors that make it difficult to see the black ink (I know it doesnt sound like a big deal, but for this project it had to be light colors on card stock). Theres a different person at the print center and shes apologetic, but she says theres nothing she can do. My only option is to start a new ticket and pay an extra premium and itll be ready in the morning. I ask if she can at least give me a discount or comp me the premium since they botched job and she says no. She wishes she could but its just not possible. I ask for the manager and he says the same thing. They have to write up a brand new ticket and they cant give me priority or a discount. Apparently theyd get in trouble if they tried to go around the system. Furious, I said, OK, Id like a refund then.Later that day I ended up driving by the Office Depot in Oak Park and the friendly lady asked what I needed. I said 100 copies on colored card stock. She asked what colors, I pointed to the ones I wanted. No problem. She grabbed them (Three colors, even!), tossed them in the photocopier, helped three other customers while it was copying, finished, and made cuts in the paper where I asked her to, and was done in literally 10 minutes! THATS how it should be done. I dont want a team (including the manager) completely controlled by the Staples computer system and have no ability to work around it. Theyre literally not allowed to do something as simple as grabbing a stack of paper to make some copies. I will never, ever go back to Staples for a printing job. /rant

Nice and clean and there was nice they had way I needed

Was able to make my copies and fax some documents. I was there with a friend and we were working with the copy department. Their system timed out three times putting the order in. So they put it in a fourth time as two orders when we went back some of the work was not done correctly.

This is your typical office supply chain offering school 🚸 supplies as well. They also have copying services at this locale too. Thanks to all of the on-line stores theres not too many office supply stores that are brick and mortar anymore...

Staff very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a desk chair. They have lots to choose from and will even assemble the chair for a very low fee, which is great because i was looking for a chair that i would not have to assemble myself.

Ridiculously slow and terrible customer service. Do not order online for pick up. It is much faster to grab off shelf and check out. Also, you can avoid the surprise of finding out one of your ink cartridges is out of stock. The customer service rep at the print / online pick up area is extremely rude. I asked, I thought the in cartridges were guaranteed to be in stock? (And, pointed to guarentee sign) She rolled her eyes at me and responded with sorry, but we cant have everything in stock. Awesome!This is why I use Amazon prime and avoid rude customer service.

A very large selection of laptops and computers to choose from. One of the larger selections in the Metro Detroit area.Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, youre in good hands here.In my opinion its above average quality for a Staples location.

I purchased an office chair that was on clearance, and the wheels on the chair do not work properly. They scrape across the floor. The lady that answered the phone was rude and condescending. She told me I could purchase wheels they sell in the store. I asked her why I would have to pay for wheels on a chair I purchased that comes with wheels. She was short on the phone. Very poor customer service.

Came in trying to print a few things, and the woman working in the printing area, clearly did not want to work today.She wouldnt print my request because I needed it on an Avery label... so I asked if there was an alternative... her response I dont know I asked where else I could get this down around town and she also didnt know. I had another image I wanted to print, I thought would be painless and she tossed a business card at me with instructions. At that point I walked out. Zero customer service.

Matthew helped me print some wedding shower invites and he was so helpful and nice. He even had them done in 15 min and it wasnt even expensive.

Better prices and service than Office Max or Office Depot. They are rated higher on the HRC guide and I can see why. I was in and out in half the time I expected.

I went in to get something printed and I was rushing cause of a family emergency call I had a family member in ICU and was running extremely late for my bus and needed my ticket printed. I know thats not their fault and I should have been ready but I was upset and wasnt thinking clearly. I only wanted 3 mins of their time and I know they were already helping customers but the customer they were helping saw I was upset and told the lady at the counter he could wait but she declined to and asked the cashier to help. I ended up just leaving cause its not the cashier job and she was trying and I was so late that I wasnt gonna make it either waiting and didnt want her to feel bad cuase she tried but the other lady could have been cooler about it and if it wasnt for a friend driving me crazy fast from Detroit to Pontiac cause they were gonna let me board their without my ticket printed I would have not made it. Just one of those little things she could have been more understanding about especially when the customer she was servicing understood and offered to wait and she still didnt help me.

Terrible service. I was waiting in line for the next service person. Two employees that were behind the service desk, helping other customers, finished with that person and walked away, totally ignoring me and the fact that I was in line waiting for service. I just walked out and will not come back again.

Understaffed and way too many lumens! But we found the stationary we were looking for.

We went to get my laptop checked out after hearing a radio advertising that if they cant fix it than its free. They couldnt fix it but they still charged me saying thats not how the radio program goes. The manager have some really pissy attitude wish us and walked away while showing anger to us customers.

They were really efficient taking care of our UPS packages & got to use a 15% off coupon too!

I am only reviewing this locations Customer Service, as I didnt even have to go to the store to learn how unfavorable it was. I called and spoke with a person named Josh and inquired about them having a printer in stock. I was told I would be transferred to Joe who could help me. After five minutes of hold music I felt like I was calling my cable provider or something. Five minutes and not one person picking the phone up to help or even say we will be with you in a moment? I called about an item in stock which equates to, if you have it I will be there to buy it. So I hung up, called Office Depot in Royal Oak and within thirty seconds found my printer. Staples loss was Office Depots gain.
