My kids have attended here. I started during coronavirus so I had never met my sons daycare teacher. He was 3 years old when I was walking out of target and a lady I have never seen before started calling my sons name. My son bolted to her and gave her a big hug. It turned out it was his daycare teacher. It gave me so much faith that he was in good hands even though he couldnt communicate that at that young of an age. My daughter is sensitive to noise and intimidated by a lot of kids. The staff is great about giving her quiet time when she is getting overwhelmed. Any issues I bring up to them they address immediately.I have to switch care sometimes, during those times my son constantly states he wants to go back to the playground daycare as he calls it. I have had very good experiences with this childcare facility. I am thankful my kids are in good hands here.

Weve had our kids enrolled with Tender Years for almost 3 years and we just love them. The teachers and front desk staff are great & they take great care of my kids. They even made an emergency change of clothes drop off for one of them to school when I wasnt able to get there! They love my kids as much as I do. Definitely recommend!

We were optimistic about coming here, but security was lax and when I came to pick up my daughter, she was routinely in a different room with a different teacher. There was minimal consistency and I questioned the cleanliness. She was regularly using other children’s blankets and cots despite it being against the rules. Staff was hit or miss. Some teachers were fantastic and others preferred sitting and minimally interacting with the kids.

Teachers that care. Nice play area inside and outside. Garden area where they pick food they use in their meals. Kids are in age appropriate areas with age appropriate activities.

Tender Years is amazing! We lucked out with finding them on our first daycare search. Our daughter was cared for by a private babysitter until she was 3. We found Tender Years because it was right down the street from our house. We went for a tour and Judy took such great care in showing us the building. I was very hesitant to send my daughter to a public daycare but Judy was so welcoming and she radiates the love she has for her job and for the children in the building! All of the teachers know all the childrens names! They make you feel like your child is the most important one in the building. The cost of the day care is completely reasonable and you get way more then you pay for. They encourage the children to be individuals but keep them on a tight schedule to help balance the structure of everything. My daughter never took naps and they helped her to get on an amazing nap schedule again. I will be taking my daughter to Tender Years for as long as I need daycare and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you to the Ladies and the staff members for making my life a little less stressful by knowing that my child is well taken care of when I cant be with my daughter.

We came to Tender Years after a glowing recommendation of Ms. Judy from our previous daycare director in Bountiful. My daughter has been attending Tender Years for 3 years and we could not love the wonderful staff more, or be more happy with the facility. My daughter loved the food prepared for breakfast, lunch (when she was a 1/2 day kinder), and dinner. When conflicts and issues come up with my daughter and other children I know I can talk to the staff about them and my concerns will be heard and we will come to a resolution. On top of all of that, they have an awesome summer camp program with magicians, puppet shows, reptile shows, water fun, and for the older children they also have field trips. If you need a child care provider I could not recommend this center enough.

I took my 2 year old daughter out of a single adult only kid in home daycare and place her in the care of Tender Years. She has been going for 2 weeks now and has had a very difficult time transitioning. With how difficult it has been on her I was considering pull her from Tender Years and placing her back at an in home. I informed the staff of my concerns and how difficult this transition has been on her. I did not except anything from expressing my concerns but I am so grateful that they care so much to help ease her into this new environment. Tender Years has gone out of their way to help my daughter feel comfortable. I also have my 10 week old daughter in their care and love how welcoming the staff is when I drop her off and pick her up.

Tender years is an amazing daycare center , they have taken such good care of my baby girl ! She was just 3 months old when I brought her to Tender years and they took such good care of her , shes 10 months now and you can see how happy she is to see her caregivers in the baby room when I drop her off. I highly recommend this day care!

I have been so happy with my experience with this daycare. Weve had my son in several different daycares prior to this one and this is the first one that he has been so excited about going to. He gets so happy when I tell him its a daycare day. The teachers and staff have always been cheerful, helpful and flexible working with days needing to be changed etc. My son has some behavioral issues and they have been patient with working with him. Its truly been a relief to find somewhere that I feel so good taking him to.

I really appreciated all of the teachers and director (current and incumbent) that have taken care of my little boy since he was 3 months old. Karla in the infant room took care of my baby as good if not better than I did. She was also a great source of knowledge for this first time Mom. I was comforted when in a rare occurrence there was an incident that Ms. Judy was there and handled it in a professional and caring matter that ensured me that my child was loved and taken care of. Very rude, arrogant, unprofessional manager. Manager didnt go over with me their packet with their policies, restrictions or any questions or concerns you may have. All she did was to take me to the room my child will be in and gave me a packet and figure it out myself. If you would like a smartwatch or any kind of cellular device to keep in touch with your child, dont depend on this daycare for which they will confiscate it from your child and will not let you know. Like I said it is not in their AGREEMENT PACKET. The place smells like dirty diapers and unhygienic. Did not have a great experience! I do not recommend.

I absolutely love this daycare! Having kids that range in age I couldnt feel better about where they are, my baby loves her teachers she is excited and happy when I drop her off all the staff knows all my kids names and that is impressive to me. My school age children enjoy all the activities they get to do and love being the teachers helpers! I am more then happy knowing my kids are safe and happy while Im away from them. Would recommend this daycare to anyone!!

We have been taking our children to tender years for three years now and love it. My little girl started when she was 6 weeks old and from that moment we have felt like our girls are being well cared for and learn so much when they are there. They have great teachers and a great curriculum for the kids. We chose this daycare because we felt like it was best option in our area, and we still feel like weve made the best choice for our children. We highly recommend Tender Years to anyone who is looking for a great daycare.

I have used this daycare facility through the years. My now 16 year old and 11 year old started here when they were in elementary and preschool respectively. I am particular as most parents are with who cares for their children. The experience I have had with Tender Years over the past 7 years has been amazing to say the least. The staff are passionate about the care they provide. The communication between the staff and parents is open and free-flowing all the way to the Director. So when I had my youngest and returned to work there was no question that he too would attend Tender Years. Of course to no surprise he receives the same awesome care and love that his older siblings had years before. I highly recommend Tender Years for your childcare needs.

My children have been attending Tender Years now for four months. The staff is very courteous each time I arrive and depart. I was so nervous about putting my children in a day care as we have always used private nannys before. Tender Years staff address my concerns in a timely manner and alert me when ever an issue arises or a concern comes about. I like that they do their best to accommodate our busy and ever changing schedules. They have been flexible will our schedules and needs and provide courtesy calls and reminders. They have separated my children as requested when other children are not respectful and or hurtful. They have gone to great lengths to assist in lost items and have openly addressed stolen items with other parents and children. I feel confident in their services and generally in the over all care of my children. I have seen improvements to the building and implemented training to the staff in my short time of enrollment. I like to see that they keep up on these items as it shows me that the care and well being of my children are being addressed and are a priority to them. In return my children are respectful to the staff because of the kind and professional manner in which they address my children directly.

I LOVE Tender Years. They have helped my grand kids come out of their shells. My younger one has medical issues and they have been very nurturing and patient with him. Such loving and just overall great staff.

Our daughter has been at Tender Years for almost 2 years. She had been at a home daycare previously, so we wanted to find a center that would make the transition easy for all of us. Tender Years was the first center we visited and we were impressed with the friendly environment as soon as we walked in the door. The staff truly cares about the children and wants to provide the best care for them. They also use a preschool curriculum that ensures that the children are learning basic concepts and skills through many hands-on activities. Tender Years provides many opportunities for various learning experiences for children of all ages. We would definitely recommend Tender Years to anyone looking for a quality center, with quality staff, for their children.

My son and I love this daycare center. The staff is very helpful and friendly (especially Ms. Judy) and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your reasonable needs.There is nothing like the feeling when your child is excited to go to daycare, as a parent it gives you a sense of relief that your child is happy to be in a safe and fun environment. I highly recommend this learning center! I have four children that attend Tender Years daily, ages ranging from four to twelve. The pre-school program is top notch, preparing my children for school. They have an amazing summer camp program that my kids look forward too every summer. Thanks for giving me a piece of mind that my children are safe while I am at work.

Our 3 year old and 1 year old have been attending Tender Years since they were each 12 weeks old. We have been exceptionally happy with the level of care and appreciated the learning environment.We have been surprised when each of our kids has picked up on multiple sign language phrases taught by the teachers and signed for more food in when they were both around one year old. We feel that our children are learning and enjoying their day while attending class

My daughter was with Tender Years for 4 years and absolutely loved it! She was always in a safe and loving environment and always looked forward to going there. The staff treated her and all the children like family. We will definitely be signing up for their awesome summer camp program!

You will be glad to know that the owner & head administrator of Tender Years Child Care both have College Degrees in child education. This business is run by a highly capable staff that takes more into consideration than just providing a place for kids to stay while their parents are at work. If you are looking for a great place that nurtures and cares for your child in the Clearfield area look no further! I also dont think there is a more affordable Day Care in town. Highly qualified & competitively priced gets my vote every time.

The staff was always really nice and sweet. However,The play area was really small for 60 kids to play on a lot of the time the staff couldnt tell me where my kid was when I came to pick her up. The facility often times would smell like mold or pee. I just wish it was a cleaner facility.

The teachers and staff are both receptive and helpful. I am pleased with the care and service offered. Hours are very accommodating and minimal closures for holidays, etc. My daughter rides the bus to school and I couldnt be happier with the arrangement :)

They was a really good daycare and they showed so much love to my kids and made them feel comfortable

I Love Tender Years!!!!.. This is a great day care/pre school. Mrs. Judy truly cares for the children and makes me and my daughter feel very comfortable. It is also great that the schools picks her up from kindergarten, So helpful. Mrs Erin is also amazing she works so well with the kids. No complaints! best teacher ever.. This entire staff deserves 5 more stars.. I can not say enough about this school. HIGHLY Recommended!!!

Our 3 1/2 year old has gone there since he was 4 months old. Grant learned sign language there, the colors, numbers, letters, manners and a lot of the good habits that he currently has have all been picked up at Tender Years. The staff is very knowledgeable of how to interact with younger kids and do an excellent job of working and playing with Grant. Our new baby just started there a couple weeks ago and he loves it as well.Thanks a ton to all of the workers at Tender Years that help to ensure that when we cant be with them, they are still safe and happy.Thank you.

We have been very happy with Tender Years. I love that they are flexible on the times when we can drop-off and pickup. This is nice with my work schedule that changes from week to week.

Highly Recommended. My son has been attending Tender Years for four years. We tried two other day cares before finding Tender Years, and none of them came even close to the level of personal care and positive attitude here. Unlike many child care places in Utah, where bored moms try to make a few extra bucks by putting up with other peoples kids for a few hours, these teachers actually enjoy caring for children. They are engaged and considerate, always taking time to say hello. When Ive had concerns, the owner has addressed them in a friendly and open manner. My son looks forward to the Summer Camp programs and cant wait to see Teacher Deana every year (shes the best!)

I have two children that have been enrolled in Tender Years for the last four years. The owner is on site which is very important to me. My children have moved onto different teachers over the years all of whom have treated my children excellent. We have had run ins with them in the past, but all of those incidents have been worked out. The only spot they slip a bit is price. Having children in daycare is expensive and I wish that the prices were a bit more reasonable. Overall though, I trust them with my children.

The staff at Tender Years is absolutely incredible! They’re always meeting to and include exceeding my expectations! I couldn’t have chosen a better daycare facility for my 2 babies!

I inspected daycares for many years for a living. When it was time for my grandson to go to Preschool, I offered to help find a good fit. A special concern for my grandson is food allergies. I toured facilities and spoke to many that claimed to be educated on food allergies but really were clueless. This is a very scary situation with a small child. I also saw so many safety issues everywhere I went. I had a list of questions when I came to Tender Years. All my questions were answered and everyone was so kind. The staff is knowledgeable and intentive. The kitchen staff is amazing and very careful with food preparation and provide alternatives when possible. There is a reason the food program has recieved awards. My grandson has never had a reaction and is always so happy that he gets great meals. He is learning so much. We love the staff, the facility, and the curriculum. Our family is very happy with the peace of mind we have sending him to Tender Years and he is thrilled to go everyday!

I couldnt be happier. My kids love to go to there daycare. My kids are well taken care of and its an extra bonus that they pick my son up from school.

Very rude and unprofessional staff, very dirty as well. Used to have a few good staff but oh how times have changed. Wish it was as good as it used to be.

This looked like a wonderful facility. We were told that our son would be at the top of the waitlist and that there would be an opening within a month. I had to pay a $50 deposit to get my son on the waitlist. After two months I called to find out why we hadn’t gotten the placement, and they informed me that there were several people ahead of me on the waitlist even though I was told I was at the top of the waitlist when I paid the deposit. I was told that there would probably be an opening within the next four months. It has been over a year they never called me for placement and my deposit was nonrefundable. Do not trust their staff about your placement on the waitlist and be careful to give them a deposit.

Everyone is awesome and they love the childern here and I will never take my kids out of here

We love the care our boys receive from the staff. We totally recommend Tender Years for childcare.
