The line on Eastbay and Belcher is so much friendlier cleaner organized or helpful this song was awful bad attitude except the cat with sheer I had was good I believe corporate was there couldnt tell me where any of their items were told me they didnt work there just because they didnt want to stop what they were doing to help me today. Just cuz your incorporate dont mean you get to be lazy you and yes you did work there dont tell me you dont work there and in a rude voice to like Im bothering you Im not one of your employees buddy Im the one youre getting a paycheck from very unprofessional!

Theyre moving their eyes around so its a little chaos in there but other than that you can find what youre looking for

They will not take items back from me. I am eith in my 30 days more then once now and they just dont care. Me and three friends stop there after our daily meeting. We will ne going somewhere else to spend our money. $ I hope the $50.00 you have beat me out of is woth the hundreds, may be thousands you will lose. Go Wall-Mart.

3 stars because store has decent stuff at decent prices.. missing 2 stars because employees are ghetto as hell, one was on her cell phone talking about getting beat up!? The other made a comment at me about the nail polish!? (Really ! Even Sephora doesn’t guard their makeup to that extent! , Pul-eez 🤣give me a break!

There is always one bad manager ...That makes shopping there missrible and sometimes impossible...As my roommate works there and cant ring me out as company policy ... and when that one manager is too busy or lazy ... to do their job.Beyond that it is way easier then 500 years at Walmart in line for the same products.

The manager here is rediculously rude.. I came in with my two kids to retun a pack of toilet paper from my mother.. The cashier was nice she explained she wasnt authorized to do returns and that her manager will be able to at the next regester and the she let her manager know theres a return.. Which was fine I go to the manager she looks at me and walks away.. I wait for about 5 minutes.. Mind you this store was very slow.. So I go back to the cashier who was clearly embarrassed and went to find her manager again.. She came back and apolagized and we waited a few more minutes while letting the occasional customer ahead of me until the manager finally came.. She didnt acknowledge me at all but had a nasty attitude towards the whole situation and towards her employee.. I then ended up walking by her to pick up what my mother requested me to get and she gave a dirty look.. I honestly didnt even want to put the money back into this store..Im experienced in customer service and there are plenty of people who would be a MUCH better fit for her managment position.. She was horrible and lost my familys business.. And im sure we arent the only ones. People like her scare away business.

Good place to shop

Very hard workers. Rude with and attitude Manager, making the workers unhappy at their job. Workers motivation reflecting on returning customers, because of the manager. unreal. Coming from a corporate manager, employees have to be made wanted at their work place. Needed, not treated as numbers or work horses.

Rude service all while cashier is blasting her gospel music at the cash register...if youre going to profess to be a christian then act like one! Ghetto attitude! NO THANKS!

This store can never seem to have good managers, the 👹Filipino, or👘 Asian heavyset lady is very rude and ignorant with customers and staff members, she literally argues with staff in front of customers and she is a bigot./Rude store clerk, black lady with grey👵 hair acts as if she didnt care if you shopped there or not, first time and last for me, homeless stand in front begging for change!
