Went to this store for an At a Glance product. The items were chaotically scattered about. The place is a total mess. Such a mismanaged location. Management should be fired.

Everyone at this Staples are Awesome People! My Husband and I own a tattoo shop and come here pretty much every other day to every week. They always have everything we need and have great prices. I went to staple to print something and young girl with black hair and glasses was ignoring me. I had issues to print and she was not trying to help at all! She was not willing to help, she was just playing on her self phone. I would never go back to this location

I placed a print order last week & unfortunately their machine was down so they had to route the job to a 3rd party service to fulfill. Instead of it being delivered to my office, the order was accidentally sent to the store upon completion. Niki was very helpful and offered to personally drop the order off to our office. Mistakes happen and I appreciate that they went above and beyond to provide a prompt and no fuss solution to meet the orders expected delivery date.

Store is well laid out with friendly, efficient staff. If you can’t fInd something, ask. They will help you. I’m a member of the rewards program and I bring my used ink carrridges here for recycling. When I get my new ink here - and they do price match online or locally - I get $2 back in rewards for each recycled cartridge. I also get coupons via email to save even more on ink and other office supplies.Recently our home phone was disconnected. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to change the phone number associated with my Staples account online. Today, Tracy changed it for me - fast, friendly, and efficient. I am never disappointed when I come here in person to do my business.This location has multiple ways to get into and out of the parking area from 2 busy streets. It also has lots of places to park.

I have always hated going into Staples to try and get something printed or done. Weather it was the staples in Naples or Tampa. Well I just got a new job up here in Palm Harbor. And I met the most amazing workers!!! Derek and Niki in the print shop have been the most amazing people to work with! They definitely know their stuff in and out. They have helped me out so much! Taking the time to explain why they cant do something or giving me ideas to make it better. Even when its super busy both of them know how to handle every customer and make sure everyone feels like theyre getting taken care of. Thank you Niki and Derek, you two have seriously saved me so much!!! From the crazy new GM across the street thats always needing something done lol. These two should be sent to every Staples and teach other employees proper customer service and all their knowledge and The print shop.

Had to make copies and was approached by an employee to help me. He was very helpful and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Im sure it would have taken me much of the afternoon. Needed 3 copies of about 30 pages. Also 4 copies of 15 pages. The man handled it in about 10 minutes. Excellent job.

Niki is everything. Staples is Staples: nice selection of what you need, but its Niki the printing services staff that has me coming back. She is a solution finder and problem solver; very knowledgeable about what she does and wont stop until you are satisfied with your copy/print order. I will come back just for her!

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this was the last straw for me with Staples. Their printers are broken 60% of the time I need to print something. They have misplaced my usb drive that had all the files on it that I needed to print. As well as NOT print my order in time, and NOT notify me about the issues. They were also unable to change my phone number in the system to contact me when they order is ready. I mean my experience was not pleasant at all. Don’t call it a one-day print shop if your printers don’t work half the time.

Stopped there today to make some self service copies. First time there. Copy attendant was very helpful and courteous. Outstanding service.

My rating is for the Print Services ONLY. Printing okay at best. Mostly rude and unhelpful employees....one really nice guy...knowlegable...when hes not there...I turn around and go to FedEx... which is 10 mins farther.

After a bad experience at Staples over a year ago, I finally decided to give them another chance this evening. When I got to the register, the cashier was pleasant. I asked about two items (folders) that had sale signs on them. She called someone to check. A gentleman checked and said they had to be the exact same skew. When she asked about overriding it, because she also didn’t see why it did not come up as on sale, a man came to the register. When I thanked her and declined to purchase any of the items. The man made a comment. I stayed that the misleading sales signs were the reason I had stopped shopping at Staples. His reply was a nasty “whatever”. The cashier had a shocked look on her face regarding his behavior. I started to leave but turned around and asked her what his name was. I repeated myself a 2nd time and he again rudely answers me “Ed”. Then took off his name tag as he approached me and put his name tag in my face. At that point, I asked him to remove it and said I can’t believe you’re being that rude. He again shoved his name tag towards my face and I told him he should back up because he has passed the line of being rude. Very disappointed and disgusted by Ed’s behavior.

Further, bathroom is a disgusting storage area with no hand soap. They didnt know how to print a pdf file saved to my phone so i had to go somewhere else.

Good selection of school supplies but double check the prices. Some labels are different than what it registers at the register

My print turned out okay, but I came to the store before it was completed and was rudely told to come back by the woman working there. Which was not a big deal, but the store is far from where I live and I didnt appreciate coming all the way to be treated badly. Will be using a different printer from now on.
