I called on a Thursday to schedule a trial class for my 5 year old son. I was told by the staff to come at 10:30am on that Saturday. We got up and drove there first thing in the morning, in the rain. Got there at 10:32am and the place was closed. Me and another parent and his kid were waiting outside for about 10 min and they left. Me and my son waited another 10 -15 min in the rain, still no one came. This is one of the the most unprofessional things I’ve seen. And to think most martial arts are about self discipline and punctuality...I would give zero star if I had the choice.

Best overall karate for my kids. Their morals and beliefs are there to set my kids on the road to being successful law abiding citizens.Love my Solid Rock Family...

I do not recommend using them before and after day care. They are always late. They decided to close on teacher work day because they didn’t have enough kids so I had to take my daughter to different day care so I could be able to go to work and not loose my job. I called them for hours nobody answer the phone. I got hold of them at 10:45 am they Told me they would refund my money. Its been three weeks I called several times and left massages and no call back.

Love Solid Rock Martial Arts! All of the instructors really make it fun for the kids and are great at keeping there attention. The instructors also work on the childs character, which is just another reason why they are so great.

I am the proud parent of a shy and reserved 14yr. old girl. We enrolled over the summer and since then she has become more confident in her abilities, stronger in her belief that she can push herself beyond what is expected. All of the instructors are testing her limits, encouraging her progress, and rewarding her effort. A Christian atmosphere and self discipline is what I was looking for and Master Edwards has it down. I recommend Solid Rock for all ages and skill levels.

The instructors are incredibly nice and always great with communication with parents. They stress positivity and anti-bullying behavior as well as self defense. I have seen a definite positive influence on my child.

Hands down the best martial arts program in Clermont. My son has been a student there for six months and he has enjoyed every minute of it. The biggest trait that I have seen in my son is how his confidence has developed and for that I am very grateful. Sensei and Mrs. Edwards’ personality mesh perfectly with each one of their students, they truly make the perfect team. The dedication they give kids in their program is amazing.

I would highly recommend Solid Rock to any and all parents that would listen!Our journey into the Taekwondo world has not been easy. We enrolled both of our boys into a summer camp elsewhere because my youngest has struggled with discipline. It seemed simple, a fun summer-camp with the discipline of Taekwondo. Over the summer, my youngest literally started being uncontrollable; we found out later, the summer camp let him wander around on field trips unattended; they constantly made my older son watch over him which wasnt fair to either boy. My youngest is 5! Not even 4 days left of summer-camp they kicked my son out of the program. Unbelievable!!School starts and it was horrific to say the least, my son would not calm down, focus or listen to anyone.Fast forward a bit and my oldest son tells me about Solid Rock that he heard during announcements at school. I called up and spoke to Miss Soto and I am so incredibly blessed and thankful for this program. They discipline like no other, they make my boys focus, and are teaching by amazing example. When you walk through the door you can feel how much they truly care about the kids as well as the family. What this program offers is like no other; I promise you will not be disappointed with your decision to place your kids at Solid Rock!

Our 7 year old son has been going to Solid Rock martial art classes and after school program since August. We truly could not have picked a better program! The instructors are great and or son has learned so much since attending here. Not only is he learning martial arts but he has also learned how to be more respectful and disciplined. I have seen so many changes in him since he started. We could not be more thankful for Solid Rock Academy and all the life and martial art skills they have taught him thus far.

My daughter started with Solid Rock almost 2 years ago and she loves it. Sensei Edwards and Ms. Soto are very patient with the kids and being in the academy, my daughter has shown a tremendous boost of confidence and focus with the skills to protect herself.

Solid Rock is outstanding. Not only do the kids have a fun they also learn Respect for others. They are tought to follow directions and best of all tought to listen and respect their parent. Master Edwards is a great sensei and very knowledgeable about martial arts. The atmosphere of the dojo is professional but also fun. I would recommend Solid Rock to anyone who has a desire to learn martial arts.
