Spent a day trying to setup an appointment. First person had to be spoken in Spanish as they neither understood nor wanted to speak in English. Yet i was able to specify my location and my willingness to pay for all 6 hours upfront. I was told to wait as they checked with their superior as to whether they would be willing to come to my location. I never got a call back, thus i called them instead. I then spoke to a very terse and hard-spoken individual who seemed to either be on a delay or simply didnt care to listen. After 10 minutes of getting across who i was and why i was calling he finally described the prices and stated unequivocally that he would be able and willing to come to my area (20 minutes away) and that the price was satisfactory. I called 2 minutes later after checking what my options for transport would be best for such an endeavour and found the same gentleman on the line stating that my location was too far and he would not do it.tldr;Poor customer service due to Lacking listening comprehensionUpdate:They also just posted my private information of the town i live in, in their reply. I think this might go against Standards and Practices. Might even be a violation of privacy.

Learned way more here than I did at this other driving school, instructor has massive amounts of patience that i was able to learn way more in 2 hours than i did at the other school with 10+ hours. Prices are fair too.
