I love the fact that mask are not require we are all vaccinated which am not going to talk about that but the fact that most dvd say 2 or 3 dollars am actually charge with 4 why is that I realised that no more not that am cheap its just true

This Family Dollar is interesting. Yes, I know nothing is a dollar anymore, but they have decent selections to choose from. Its one of those places you go in to purchase one item and leave with many others. Be disciplined and have fun! And stay away from that candy isle.

Very nice Dollar store I love Family Dollar the it’s kinda in a weird spot the and the vibe is a little outdated but still very clean and the employees are decent and the store has a great selection with good prices and the store is clean

Need to get more staff!!!Organization in the aisle,very messyAnd clean the bins ,or not allowed food inside of the store.The clothes section is a truly unique mess.

The only hard worker I see there is this young man named Jake! He needs a raise for doing everything. As far as the lines go, they’re way too long and nobody helps that kid.

I came by last week and the employees seem nice. Stephanie is friendly and Jake was very helpful, good customer service.

Its a store very over price and a hot mess plus they dont clean there shopping carts very far far away from a Family Dollar

If I could give them 0 stars I would, the worst place to shop, rude staff, cant get around with so many boxes in the isles, big lines, eventhough they have 4 registers they only use 1 and the most bothersome of all, every single time I go there which is at least 4 Xs a week, the prices dont match, by law they have to go with the advertise price but the price at the register is always more. Example cat litter advertise price $5.50 , register price $6.00. Today for the first time in at least the past 4 months as usual only 1 open register but the person working was a decent, helpful and respectful young man name Jake, I wish they had more people like him, now he gets 5 stars. This is at the Getty Ave. Clifton Family Dollar.

The employees here are always helpful, and I always find what I´m looking for. Today the store was spotless, and well kept, it was a pleasure to witness!

Store# : 08645Date&Time: 6/25/18 7:00 pmThe cashier at this date and time is very rude.She has to take some behavior training or even better should be removed from the position.I, myself, work in the retail/customer service field and I’ve never seen this rudeness in my entire shopping experience.Since there was a sign on the PC says “ring for service” but no bell to ring I asked her where is the thing to ring. She said “I was right here” ( she was taking a call I assume there was a customer on the phone). I said, no yeah I generally ask. Where should we ring. She just picked my word “generally” and replied me “We GENERALLY removed the bell because of the kids.” What is it? Making insinuation on customers? I said “so you guys should remove the sign, too.” And there was another issue happened on the receipt (was not her fault tho) and I asked her why is that. She literally spoke within her mouth. I said to her to speak up not to murmur. And she just rolled her eyes on me! and thank god spoke up a little bit. The customer behind me also told her “if you’re this unhappy, why are you here”She has an attitude problem that immediately needs to be fixed.

I visit for great prices on large sized detergent and fabric softener and dishwashing liquid. When they have coupons, even better savings.

District Manager Wayne Smith former Clifton NJ Store Manager is simply a symptom of a much larger issue within this company but is not without fault when it comes to breaking company policy and harrasing employees. The only reason he is still employed is due to the connection that stems from prior established friendships from his CVS work history. As a consumer as well as Full-time employee in finance I have purchased from this company many times throughout the years. The employees that are placed within this company many take on roles they are not qualified for. They pressure current managers to work 56+ hours a week many times more than 7 days straight because upper management is in cohoots with the corporate ladder befriending people all the way up to the CEO in order to avoid fulfilling their duties and acting within the best interest of both the company and their employees. I have confirmed through many Family Dollar employees of policy violations as well as harrassment claims that have gone unchecked nor taken seriously the way it would at an actual professional establishment they rather follow through orders from people who no longer work in the company and save a few friends to tarnish the reputation of the very few Family Dollar employees with integrity whom work day in and day out to take care of their families & customers all the while ensuring the company profits too. It is reprehensible that a company that depends so much on their employees would allow these situations to occur it is inhumane that a company which makes millions of dollars does not take their very own employees being physically attacked and harmed by people who are mentally ill and whom many suffer drug abuse that when confronted by the store employees for theft without the appropriate safety measures are immediately at risk This company many times over has risked the lives of their very own pregnant employees just to save a few dollars when it comes to hiring security guards but also can not afford to give their cashiers a living wage until 2019
