If you are interested in self defense, then this place is top notch. They teach the Gracie Combatives first and you get a combatives belt. Then refine for 6 more months for blue. Great atmosphere and great people.I had already been and still train somewhere else, but pop in from time to time and Im treated like a regular.

On vacation from Arizona and stopped by to train. Everyone there treated me like family. A great place to train with great people.

Great gym for anyone wanting to learn Jiu Jitsu. Spencer does a great job teaching and it is a very positive atmosphere. Highly recommend at least giving it a try.

Such an awesome gym! They are so inviting and welcoming to people of all experience levels. The classes are empowering and fun. It is a great place for building both technical skill in defense/combat and confidence in yourself. Highly recommend!!

This is one of my favorite places! Every time I go everyone is super welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and would do the same to anyone who asked me about it. It’s super safe, super fun, and super effective. The program is structured very well, and the teacher makes it even better. I would highly suggest trying it out if you’re even considering martial arts because it has something for everyone.

The programs are amazing and well defined for each groups needs. Kids get to move and play while learning self defense. Us adults have a controlled environment where we can learn Jiu Jitsu and still go to work the next day without fear of injury.
