Fantastic Kempo Karate school. Good for both kids and adults who want to learn self defense, discipline, get some good exercise, and just build good life skills and self confidence in the process.

My brother, sister and I trained with Professor Manegdeg when we were younger. Now, we are all grown up with children of our own and they now go to train with him as well. He is very skilled, stern but kind, and very helpful. They are all wonderful people, from the students to the instructors, to Professor. I would recommend anyone who is willing to learn discipline, respect, and self defense to attend these classes. You will not regret it, and youll be family for life!

Once you start going there, they become your family. They will take care of you and treat you like a family. They teach not only self-defense but also self-discipline, self-control, respect, manners, and all the things parents wish to teach their kids. They teach whats important in life. This is a GREAT SCHOOL for kids to be in so they will gain confidence and learn about life/social skills along with all the amazing Karate skills. I am an adult and I learned something new every time I went there and it made me a better person. EVERY PERSON at this school is SO NICE and KIND. And Professor Manegdeg and all the other instructors are just amazing and blow your mind how incredible they are. BEST SCHOOL EVER.
