Monique is an awesome teacher. She is always very clear when communicating what she intends us to work on. She is also clearly very passionate about empowering women and girls to get stronger and feel confident in themselves. A real force for good in the world!

Great place weve now been taking our daughter to for almost 2 years. We were very impressed how quickly Monique Washington (the Sensei here) & here team adapted to Covid. 1st she/they shifted to all online & then when appropriate shifted back to hybrid in person options. Love the all female paradigm from 4ish y.o.s to adult.

This dojo is life changing! The instructors are top-notch and create an environment where girls can thrive. Students are held to a high standard and are supported along the way to reach that standard. Amazing! No contracts, reasonable priced and lots of class options.
