Excellent place to send your children. Staff is very caring and the facility is very clean and well run. Ms. Ruth is so loving with the children, she treats them as if they are her own. Ms. Jill does an excellent job keeping things in order and well organized. Highly recommend!

Ms. Jill is the best! She is the first face you see when you walk in the building! She always has a smile on her face and makes sure to greet every child that comes through the door. I was nervous when my 1 year old started and she was so kind and called and text me through out the day to let me know how she was doing. All of the teachers there are very kind and really do care for your children. A great place!!!

Jill the Center Director is amazing she really takes pride in knowinh her families.

The teacher are really nice. The director is horrible she dosent know how to talk to parents at all. I know a few parents who have taken there kids out of the daycare just because of the director. If the get rid of her the daycare would be awesome.

This daycare is horrible my kids where always coming home with bruises they were dirty half the time I would pick then up and they would be running around with no shoes on. My son hated it he wouldnt even walk through the door he would just stand there and cry. The daycare they are in now is so much better and my kids love it. I will never send them back there.

Love the director ms. Courtney ! She is always busy but always will make time for you and set all things aside if you have any issues and if theyre things goin on with your child and if your child continues to misbehave then she will sit down with you and along with the teachers that run that particular room your child is in....they will try and come up with solutions and different techniques in trying to figure out which technique works best for your child. I absoloutley love love all the workers in their! They try and do there best and ppl need to understand its not their fault if your kids get bruises or bitemarks ...! No matter what daycare you take your child to there will be bruises they get and yes bite marks here and there! I dont care what anyone says and every one is entitled to their own opinion and how they feel and what they think about that perticular daycare..! What most parents dont understand is they have perticular rules to go by and i personally dont agree with them on some of the things corp. Dont or wont allow them to do or say to the kids in their! So dont blame it on the teachers because this is a big and popular daycare center there is quite a few brightside daycares in the united states and rules are rules.....but there are always solutions no matter what...! If ppl want to talk down about this daycare center which by far is one of the best and most biggest and nicest one ive ever seen then i suggest you remove your kid save urself the hassle....why even write bad reviews and take time out of your time to do so! Transfer your kid to another daycare that accepts title 20 or w.e then come talk to me! Let me know if u come across a better one! Please do lmao and that also provides diapers and all! This generation of kids and how theyre raised by parents make me sick....like seriously omg this place is horrible my kid was so dirty and a mess when i went to pick him/her up.. 😂 stfu really!!!! There kids for crying out loud! Keep it moving and i applaud all the employees for doing their job and working with us parents! And Courtney your AWESOME! I will be sure to get in contact with the directors and or corp. To let them knlw how great of a job all you guys are doing😉😀😜👏👍👌👊👣
