Have some great teachers. Has wonderful administrators and my kid always learn something new every day. Keeps me updated on what’s going on in the classroom. This is why my care will remain at this center.

I am joyed my time at Brightside Academy. The children are so full of life and the teachers are so welcoming. I was a substitute teacher and unfortunately my time was that I would go back and work for them anytime.

This place willfully neglects children

I love seeing that lady at the desk in the lobby. She is always smiling and greeting everybody.

This daycare is tragic. Teachers are unprofessional & the center is very unreliable. I put my twins in this center who are 8months old. They only stayed 4 days. They canceled their first day because heat was out. Then when they started I would pick them up and they would have diapers so full they were leaking onto their clothes. The babies butts were BOTH wet and no one changed the diaper or their clothes until I asked before putting them into their car seats. The grand finale was when I arrived one morning with both of my sons and they told me they were unable to stay because they had reached their max ratio. They said a teacher was on paternity leave. The director told me if I want a spot everyday I would have to arrive early as a first come first serve type of thing. Which is ridiculous if I’m paying for my children’s spot. I told them absolutely not, I can’t do that everyday and have to work. They literally costed me my new job that day. This center is greedy they will take your money or title 20 and guarantee u a spot knowing they have none available. Teachers are clearly not concerned and uses that job as social hour and just Blames each other for any wrong doing. Whoever is not there or unavailable is at fault. I would never recommended this daycare to anyone.
