ABC Bartending School was awesome! Not only were they easy to work with and super communicative during the pandemic, they made the class super fun and informative!Compared to other schools around the state, this school is for sure the cheapest, but it doesn’t sacrifice one bit on the learning (both hands-on and general knowledge) that it provides!I am leaving the school with the confidence and knowledge needed to be an incredible bartender, and also job placement help wherever I find myself!All in all, I couldn’t recommend this school and my instructors (Mary and Misty) enough — highly recommend for anyone interested in learning more about the bartending and service industries!

EXCELLENT hands on class that teaches the fundamentals as well as providing exemplary customer service, liquor classification and of course drink making! I highly recommend taking Mistys (instructor) class. She makes learning fun, gives drills and drills and drills and fun ways to memorize making drinks. It is a great experience well worth the price of tuition!** Breaking! - I charged this class to a credit card and made MORE than enough to pay the tuition BEFORE the bill arrived!! **Misty & Brandon are great teachers who enjoy what they do at their daily bartending jobs as well as teaching others to tend bar. Both have years of experience working in a variety of settings behind the bar. They teach you by the book as well as from practical real world experience.As a veteran bartender in a previous life - I walked away from this class with new knowledge of beer, wine and distilled spirits and the confidence to serve them with style.Misty & Brandon are a great teaching team! If you are looking for a career or a career change I highly suggest investing a few dollars and forty (40) hours in your self. You wont regret it!

They change their starting and end times without notice. The owner has never taught in a class setting and doesn’t understand all alcohol laws. You get what you pay for so beware! The only plus is that it is an open book test.

All of us, have had that one bartender, that keeps us coming back, time and time again. Then that bartender moves on and are replaced by a mediocre bartender, and you just stop going back to that bar. If you want to learn to be a Professional Bartender, ABC is the school for you. You will learn the tools you will need to use in your trade.You will also learn the different classifications or beer, wine and liquor (who knew there were so many kinds of Bourbon). Misty Alexander, was our instructor and she walked us through the process, of mixing drinks and she will drill you, over and over again, until you have them memorized. She also helps you, with setting up your bar and getting the maximum effort out of each movement, to help make you faster. A faster bartender makes the Customer happy and makes you more cash. I highly recommend this school, and you will walk out with knowledge, that you can put to use right away. I really stressed out over the test, but if you listen closely throughout the class and take good notes, Misty will cover everything that is on the test. ABC will also help you with job placement, which is a huge plus!! Like I said, if you want to become a Professional Bartender, this is the place for you. Thanks again Misty!!

I attended ABC BARTENDING in 2012 obtained my bartending certificate. And was able to come back 8 years later to take a refresher class no charge. And the director Misty went out of her way to make that happen. They are great and very professional would highly recommend!

A great way to learn the craft. I had heard bartending school is waste but this is not true. For a reasonable investment you will develop a ton of confidence in so many aspects. I cant believe I thought some of these drinks were hard...but I can make them in my sleep now. All in a weeks time, too. Mary and Misti really know their stuff.

This class was so much fun ! I literal look at drinks so differently trying to read everything! But I wish the equipment was up to date. A cashier machine, draft tap, a overal bigger tv better food coloring. But I loved it! When I come back to refresh I expect more!!

Husband & wife Pub owners... We needed to develop & refine our mixing skills in order to set a high standards for our staff. ABC was our choice due to price and the convenient schedule. We opted for the one week course which entailed five 8-hr days. The course is thorough and challenging to say the least. Day 1: This is cool, Day 2: Panic sets in as I realize I need to know 100+ drinks from memory, Day 3: Maybe I can do this...if I just quit making Vodka Margaritas, Day 4: I got this, Day 5: YES!...my name on the certificate!! Much love to Misty for her friendly yet demanding approach. We will definitely be sending our staff to ABC in the future.

ABC bartending school is best way to get into the restaurant/service industry without having to worry about job experience. The class is very easy to understand which makes for quick learning and retention (also do to a great instructor). I love being able to call myself a mixologist now!
