I took the night class (2 week program) and there was only 5 students including myself in the class. They work with you when it comes to a payment plan. Sherry was my instructor and she gave multiple examples, and kept the class interesting! Any time I had a question or wanted to come in early, she helped me through what I was struggling with. I would definitely recommend the night class that is 2 weeks long, because it gives you more time to practice and study for the test. The curriculum is pretty organized, and you’re behind the bar the majority of the time making drinks. They teach you everything you need to know from making drinks to actually getting a bartending job.

Going into the first day of class, I knew only the most basic things about bartending, but now, only two weeks later, Ive gained both the knowledge and the confidence to begin working as a bartender. As a person with social anxiety coming to this school on the first day was tough. I was afraid of being judged. When I actually stepped foot in on the first day everything was super relaxed. Within the past two weeks (night class) I didnt think i would beable to retain much however sitting here thinking now with how fun the instructors explain everything it sticks.
