We had Bidisha’s cooking class at our house with friends. The instruction and cooking experience was amazing. The food was incredible. Homemade spices and ingredients along with her style makes it one of the best Indian dishes and experiences.

My wife and I had an amazing experience cooking with Bidisha! The food was amazing. We loved the Dal, rice, paneer, and alu gobi. We learned a lot about Indian food and ways to cook it. We highly recommend the class.

Amazing experience! Bidisha was hospitable and thoughtful as she guided us through creating a menu of items that we were interested in learning. She took our cooking knowledge level into consideration, adjusted on the fly, and taught us some new practical tips. We loved hearing about her life as an experienced traveler, mother, and chef. Our meal included delicious naan, saffron rice, aloo gobi, masoor daal, and chicken curry. We left with full stomachs, a happy memory, and no shortage of tasty leftovers. Thanks so much Bidisha.

Bidisha is fantastic - she does a great job providing a low key and easy way to incorporate Indian cooking in daily meals. She is laid back and teaches easy ways to improv recipes using what you have. She will even tailor a private class to meet your needs. Definitely recommended!
