Over the last few years, I felt the school provided a great learning environment with lots of activities offered that students could be a part of to get involved and become a well rounded individual! If you are looking for a diverse school with great expectations for your child, this is the school for you! Some reviews seem rather bias and may come from students with no professional experience who just like to complain. As an educator, Shaw definitely has the qualities of one of the best schools in the state.There was this one teacher there that broke all kinds of records for Microsoft and FBLA. Her students were super amazing and won not only on a State level but on a National one as well! She traveled all over to tell the world to tell how great her school and students were! These kids were the best in the nation because there are some great kids, teachers, and admin at Shaw. She was just pretty much one of the coolest teachers ever....What was her name?...Oh yeah... Ms. Kirkland! I know they will continue to be great for years to come! Now you cant go around bragging on how GREAT students are without providing receipts! My students were awesome, as you can tell from the photos, and it was my pleasure to travel the country with them and share their story! I will miss Shaw! Go Raiders!
