Amazing martial arts program! My son loves going and Master J. Kim is wonderful with the students. We couldnt be happier!

I cant say enough great things about this school. Grandmaster Kim and all of his instructors are amazing! I signed my 7 year old granddaughter up because she is very shy and gets bullied in school. I thought this would help with her self confidence and ability to stand up for herself. All I can say is WOW! Shes only been going for about 4 months, but she has already received her yellow belt and won a first place medal in the recent tournament for sparring. Her confidence is really growing! They really work on respect as well. Not just at the gym, but at home too. Its funny when she is being less than obedient, I just tell her that I will tell Grandmaster Kim on her and she immediately does what I ask. She has such admiration and respect for him that she doesnt want him to be disappointed in her! So, long story short...EXCELLENT SCHOOL!!

Dublin is lucky to have an authentic Korean Martial Arts Master in town. Nowadays there are too many overcommercialized martial arts schools. Why waste your money? A very nice school with top notch instruction. Compare before you buy all schools are not the same.

We would highly recommend J. Kim Martial Arts!! My children have gained confidence in themselves! He not only teaches them but encourages and shows all the children love. They have learned to take pride in what they have and are learning! (Keeping their uniforms clean as well as themselfs) We are more than pleased with everything! My son and I love the Martial Arts! I enrolled Kevin in Oct 2017, and it was the best thing that Im glad that we did. He Loves it, and never complains about going to learn or go class! Scents I used to be in the Martial Arts when I was younger,and its been about 10 yrs! Master Jino Kim and his Instructors are great with the students, and it even brought me back to learn again and to be part of my son together. I never thought I would ever do Martial Arts again until I came here to see the great atmosphere that he teaches. We appreciate Master Kims time and experience that he gives us!

My grandson has been coming here for a year now, he loves it and loves Mr.Kim. He has classes 5 days a week, you only have to commit to 2 a week, my grandson loves it so much, he comes 4-5 times a week. There is several instructors and they all are very knowledgeable when teaching, they teach in groups, and one-on-one. They belt test about every 3 months, they have to know forms, and do sparring, and also know the tang so do handbook. There is specific testing requirements for each belt and it is outlined in the handbook. so there is some studying to do at home, as well as practicing forms. Pricing isnt to bad, you pay monthly. Its well worth it for kids, they build confidence, learn self control, responsibility , self defense, and so much more. Im so glad we found this class! You have to have sparring gear, you can purchase it there or some where else. He also sells instructional dvds, we bought them, but havent really used them, only a couple times because he goes so much, If you didnt go but twice a week you would want the dvds to use at home. There is a competition in March, once a year they compete. It will be our first, so we are excited about it. I Definitely recommend J.Kim Martial Arts to any one wanting to get in martial arts, it a A+ for us!

This is a very good martial arts school. Not a Mcdojo. I love it so much, I have a lifetime membership. The main instructor has been doing martial arts for 45 years, and is very good at explaining everything. I have been doing Tang Soo Do for 8 years and dont regret any minute of it. I am very proud of what I have done and I am very pleased with all the instructors hard work. Tang Soo Do helps you gain so much, and I cant think of a sport that gives you nearly as many benefits as Tang Soo Do. I love it, and hope to never stop practicing! I highly recommend this Martial Arts school. Tang Soo!
