Professional and very clean environment; no outside noise; my therapist, Stephanie, is amazing. The only negative is the online schedule system - shows slots that are not truly open for the full time frame it says and you don’t know that until you get a few more steps in. Once you learn you have to deduct 30 mins from what shows as available, you can navigate it ok. Other than that - it’s worth my hour drive to get there!!!

Had an amazing experience today and Stephanie was a huge help. I had locked up my back after a long day of work and was in a world of discomfort. My upper back and neck was so tight and stiff I couldn’t move my head. Stephanie is a true professional, very knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does. I NEVER write reviews......but the experience in which I’ve now had, twice is too great not to share. Dr. Marian Klaes has been an absolute life saver! I was originally skeptical of acupuncture/dry needle therapy, however after a migraine which lasted two weeks, weeks of no sleep and not eating, exhausting all other options to ease my ailments, I opted to try it. One session is all it took to make me a full blown believer in these therapies and Dr. Klaes. After 2 weeks of massages, oils, migraine medicines, ibuprofen, aspirin, muscle relaxers, Yoga, stretching, it only took one session with Dr Klaes and I was healed. The next day I felt like myself again, I had energy, I ate, I slept, I laughed. I recommend her to ANYONE! These therapies are used to treat so many ailments, more than I ever knew! Please, please consider a visit! You will not regret it!

Cupping massage was wonderful - highly recommend especially for those with any neck issues (I still have issues from whiplash from a car accident over a year ago). Beverly listened to my concerns and areas that were really tight. I really love the online scheduling as well.

I called for an appointment for a deep tissue massage. I was out of town taking care of my mother,and was under a lot of stress and had developed the worse stiff neck! Today, I split my session between sound healing and my very first upper body massage. Rooms were comy and therapists were friendly. However I did not find the massage very relaxing I did not find it worth the cost.The massage was done for about 35 -38 minutes but I was charged for 45.

I recently had a lower back injury to my right trunk muscle and Peggys massage was so helpful in my recovery. I like her strong hands and she knows which muscles to concentrate on with my injury. I have been seeing her for years and I am trying to make massage therapy a routine practice for my overall health. Also at my most recent visit I was lucky enough to experience cupping with Dr. Marian Klaes. It was the first time I had ever had this done and I am glad that I did. It helped my injury and I will definitely do it again. If you havent been to Balance Massage and Wellness you are missing out!!!

I have severe lower back pain due to a bulging disk. This pain would go down my hip and leg. I went to a doctor that did steroid injections and put me on pain management. The injections were expensive and I had no relief. The pills for pain management did stop the discomfort but did nothing to heal my back. I did not want to be hooked to those pills forever. I began seeing Mary weekly for massage. In addition, I was treated with acupuncture by Dr. Miriam Klaes at the same location. These weekly visits really did the trick for me!

Love this place. Itzel is a rockstar! They can usually get me in in short notice and Im rarely disappointing in the service. Cozy, clean, calming atmosphere. Dont know what Id do without them.

A couple weeks ago I had my very first massage with Leilani Steph Douthit. I chose the Hot Stone Massage. I really wasnt sure about the pressure I would like. So I just went with firm. Tender in a few places, but how I felt the next day... Truly amazing!!! I always have a lot of tension & stiffness in my neck due to migraines. I couldnt believe that all that was gone! Not sure what to get for that special someone in your life or even treat yourself to a Hot Stone Massage.

I had the most amazing massage this past Saturday with Leilani at Balance Massage & Wellness in Columbus, IN. The type of massage is an ancient Hawaiian technique called “Lomi Lomi”. The total massage took about 90 minutes and it ranked in the top 2 or 3 massages I have had in my life (understand I have received hundreds of massages over the years from the California coast to Munich Germany). Leilani is a master at this technique and I was feeling the aftereffects for many days (so relaxed and centered). It was the most amazing experience, and I highly recommend the Lomi Lomi massage and Lelani!
