We love the growing room. My 2 year old wasn’t speaking at all before switching daycare to the growing room. Within 2 weeks he started using full sentences. We love the structure they have for all age groups and the daily activities, and parent interactive assignments. A great place for growing minds.

I never really had problems with them while my kiddo was there BUT when I withdrawn her about 2 month later I received an email stating that my account is now at collections. No Courtesy call nothing. I didnt think they would trying to charge me 2 month after my child was pulled out of there. I followed the instructions on how to withdraw her with the proper notice time etc. I called was told manager is in the meeting and will call me back for sure after but never did and so I called and was told she already left. Way to go ruining someones perfect credit history.

Its hard to drop your little ones off everyday, but I can honestly say that we couldnt have picked a better place. We have been here for almost 3 years now, and have loved it. The center is clean and has so many resources to encourage learning in a fun environment. I love the playground - no muddy shoes! Theres even Spanish class and family events. My daughters teachers truly love her ... And she loves them!

I registered my daughter for the drop in daycare and When I signed up all was mention was the rate plan and hours of operation. After I registered her the lady in the office asked when will my daughter be starting and I replied the following day and she said that would be great and that was that. So every since I registered my daughter I was dropping her off everyday until this particular day came and the at the front desk said “Oh we don’t have any opens and you have to call the day before or that morning of to see if we have a space.” But I been bringing her without doing that and now you want to say I have to call a day before? I just honestly believe they didn’t want to accept her because she wasn’t staying there as long as she was in the beginning and they wouldn’t been getting the amount of money they was expecting in the beginning, that just my belief. And just a reminder the lady in the front office will make sure she send out a email to you with the late fees and the amount that is due after you one day late and will be standing at the front desk waiting for you to check your child in just to receive the money order. But any other time she will be in the office. The teachers are great but the front desk and office just something else.

This was our first daycare experience. Our child was 11 months old at the time and implemented the Growing Room 1-2 months tops. He didnt go often, just 2-3 days a week and very rarely a full day. We really enjoyed his primary caregiver, Jennifer. She was very sweet, genuine, and knowledgeable about my childs day. He really liked her. The staff was very friendly, everyone always smiled upon entrance and departure. Our child was very sickly throughout the Growing Room stay, as expected with any child just starting out daycare. The last time he was there, Jennifer left for a doctor appointment and our child was placed in someone elses care. They didnt feed him his dinner (it wasnt written on his daily activity sheet), and when arrived to pick him up saw through the door window he was laying on the ground with his head down. We picked him up and he was hot to the touch. We took his temperature 20 minutes later once arriving home and his axillary temperature was 103.5 degrees. This is a very high axillary temperature, meaning his rectal was 2 degrees higher. We called the following day to ask if he was fed dinner, and no one knew if he did. We spoke to Jennifer (one of the coordinators) about the high temperature and dinner confusion and she promised to figure everything out and call back. We withdrew him and still havent heard back. I guess it wasnt that important. We are concerned because no one notified us he had such a high fever. A fever that high can cause seizures. We dont know how long he had that fever, and if they took a temperature, even. These caregivers are in charge of our children, in charge of their well-being.. and to see our child laying down with head down and a very high temperature in a crowd of babies should be enough warning. NO one called us with his condition. AND he wasnt fed dinner.

A really positive creative environment! You will not find another place that pays attention to the psychological needs and learning styles of young children in Columbus Ga! The staff are so kind and the security is phenomenal. They emailed me a full calendar for the whole year the first day my daughter started and it had all of the parent teacher conference weeks and special parent/grandparent breakfast events as well as so many other important dates that are good to know in advance. They give you an opportunity to be apart of your childs learning experience. Did I mention they also provide muffins for working parents on the way out the door? This place is a God send. It should be the model for all day care facilities!

This daycare definitely has me spoiled. Sadly I moved from the area and havent found any other daycare thats meets my expectations. The director is not very friendly and neither is the front desk girl but the teachers are AMAZING! Me and my son definitely miss it here.

Terrible. Please try anywhere else but here. Teachers were caught hiding in corners, my nephew has been bitten, with scabs, multiple times, and his diaper was put on extremely too tight, he was crying from the pain when he was picked up. Please let this place shut down, because it is terrible, and this is only what we have seen. :(
