This is a good establishment to send your kids to. They take real good care of the children that they are responsible for. They have four rooms that are not very crowded so your child can get the attention they need. All the rooms are clean and well kept and the teachers are polite and they are great with the children. On pretty much every holiday the kids can expect a party to celebrate and learn why we celebrate those holidays. They are also very structured so the kids there are very good and nice.

Owner and staff are polite, friendly and helpful. always ready to provide assistance. Place always looks clean and organized.

Don’t be fooled by the 5 stars rating. Most of them come from the staff.If your son is Cameron please contact me. I have 2 stories you need to hear.I moved to Columbus OH about 2 years ago, and since then my son Marcos has been attending this daycare. I checked out all the daycares in the west side and this was the best one I could find. When my daughter Hailey was born this was the only place I trusted to leave her. That is no longer the case. Some of the staff has changed and even though the owners are amazing and caring, the staff does not back them up. They are rude, uneducated, abusive, and nasty. Anytime you walk in there the daycare is sparking clean, but not the kids. They had an influenza case earlier this year which does not come as a surprise since they let the kids eat their buggers and do not clean their noses until the parents arrive to pick them up. Same thing with the diapers, I always had to wait when I arrived because that is when they decide is time to check diapers.Last week I went to drop my kids at the daycare late and to my surprise as I walked in to the yellow room there was one of the workers there SCREAMING at the kids. I do not know her name but she is skinny, tall, slightly dark colored and has brackets. Anyways, I asked her: why are you yelling at the kids? She responded: I am not, I am just yelling at Cameron. (Cameron is one of the little boys in that room). Then I said, no you weren’t I heard you yelling at all of them. She said: WHATEVER, GO COMPLAIN WITH THE OWNER. I DONT CARE. This kind of attitude right here made me think this had happened before and she has been able to get away with it. I went and I talked to the owner and she was very concerned about it. I could tell she said something because since then, the attitude from all the other ones towards me changed. They became extremely rude; they also stared taking it out on my kids.My son told me he was scared of this lady and I have seen some things that were weird about how he acted around her. All this concerns along with some other ones were discussed with the owner but this lady is still working there. Shame on Success Kidz West for employing abusive workers after complains about them have been filed.Another thing that really pissed me off happened this week. I was unable to pick my kids up so I asked somebody to go get them for me. When she arrived she found my daughter Hailey with her face all red and swollen from crying so much. When she asked what happened. Why did they let her get like they told her they are too busy and they let my baby cry until she has no energy and falls sleep. They are too f***ing busy to take a moment of their time put a pacifier on a crying baby. They also do not care if she is hungry. They will just move her to the crib area where they can no longer hear her cry.The old lady who is in charge of the babies room is the rudest and the more unprofessional of all. She is extremely fake, I saw her talking about parents behind their back when parents left the room. Some times my baby came home with scratches. The next day I looked at her and she had the cat-like acrylic nails.ABUSE and NEGLECT complains have been filed with the pertaining agencies, including Ohio Disabilities Rights since my son suffers from Autism.If any parent has some questions feel free to contact me, I will explain further anything you need.

If I could give zero star, I would be glad to do so.As a black man, I dropped my kid application 7 weeks from now, they never contact me and every time I call, they say the director will call. I refer two white friends to this place and they approved them both in one day even though the application wasnt complete and medical record missing.Those racist Latino ppl shouldnt be operating in kids care business. Must be reported to family services bureau.
