The staff here is incredibly disrespectful. They act like doing their job is a huge favor to you. It doesnt help that theyre also incompetent.

I worked for the State of Ohio for almost 10 years, and started out in a call center. Spoke with a representative today, and was completely disrespected and talked down to. Sad example of State employees gives them all a bad name. Very disappointing.

Regulatory agency that protects the realtors, not the consumers. I filed a complaint and provided clear cut evidence of a realtor’s misbehavior, and they found the realtor didn’t engage in wrongdoing.

Staff is polite, timely, and easy to work with. Website is extremely user-friendly as well.
