I got the pleasure of working with Phil and Eugene for wedding day transportation. We were able to assure a safe and fun option for over 80 wedding guests as well as the bridal party! They were both so nice to work with and Eugene made sure to keep us updated as he made trips to and from the wedding venue.

I called to leave a complaint about a driver who was driving very aggressively and carelessly considering the weather conditions. I was told very rudely that unless I had the vehicle number she (the woman who answered their phone) couldnt do anything.For a service that transports children I was very disappointed in that answer. She didnt attempt to ask me any questions or try to assist me in identifying the vehicle. I had to accelerate to 75mph in sleet to catch up to Vehicle #200.I wouldnt let these people transport my dog let alone a child.
