They botched my truck and caused me to spend over 10k extra in repairs took my truck to have clutch checked out they said I needed a new clutch ok fine replaced clutch and started having same issues again they just installed clutch and did not check the master and slave cylinder for hydraulic clutch release master cylinder was bone dry with no fluid called shop foreman he told me we need to put fluid in it I did it and 2 days later my truck goes down because they let an incompetent tech work on my truck costing me thousands in unnecessary repairs when the job could have been done right the first time they hurt my business tremendously gave them 5k for clutch job then spent 7k for another clutch job and fixing master and slave cylinder all in 1 months time they would never do Billy Milican at Royal like that but hey I’m not him

Nice pp. but my truck has been at this shop going on 4 weeks and not even in side. I keep asking for a time frame and cant give on . They say its because all these others thats been there longer. Dont see how you can be that backed up either hire more people or fire the bad ones to get the trucks out. Never see someone take this long. First was told a week and a half . Now going on week 4.

Well I had some issues,but after speaking with Gary I was very pleased with the way everything went.it makes me feel good that there is people who know what the trucking business is.and if you ever have any issues with them just contact their management,they will take care of you.all the shops have their own problems,but not all them are willing to communicate with you,here is the one that cares about their product

Awfully bad and dont have a service department

I have called service 3 weeks in a row about getting and alignment checked on a motor home the service guy that answers always said call back next week. He is very rude very unhelpful would not give me a price or anything alway say call back next week and hangs up.

I found management to be a plus to the Waters cooperation. With leadership like that they will be in business a long time.

Do not come here for a hopper washout,highway robbery at $72.50 for 10 minutes of spraying water
