Walked in 10 minutes before they closed needing 3 books converted from paperback to spiral bound... Anna @ Print Services on Polaris Pkwy greeted me w/ a smile, explained how the process worked and offered to have the books ready for pickup the next day. Unfortunately (for Anna) I needed at least 1 done that night. She said she could get it done in about 10 min if that was OK! It was... for me! Anna completed the job perfectly and then was super helpful and never made me feel rushed even when I bumbled my way through checkout... (misplaced my wallet... then the receipt... Im not at my best when I am trying to hurry! ) Anna was efficient, patient & personable throughout the transaction! Shes a Star Employee, OfficeMax! Hopefully you appreciate how lucky you are to have her!

Extremely pushy sales here. After watching this guy harass the person in front of me to buy ink, I came up next to buy a mask pack $30 as advertised online. Tried to charge me $70+ for them.

Has great collection of office supplies. The supplies are well organised. The price are a bit higher for few products. But they price matched the item for the lower price in other store. The staff are good and friendly.

I purchased a new computer desk (confirmed for pickup on 07/01/2020) using the online/store pick-up website. Unfortunately, my item that was listed as in stock was not in stock. Therefore I will now have to wait 2 weeks (now backordered indefinitely as of 07/06/2020) for a delivery of an item I had already purchased with confirmation from you that I could pick it up today. I strongly recommend that your inventory be properly accounted for and online availability updated regularly to avoid this disappointing event from happening to your future customers. Despite your high quality products, I will not be one of those future customers.Your in store and central customer service was polite and kind however ultimately unable to address the issue.Edit: Mon, July 13thNo response on the email sent as instructed below and no update on the product. Called into customer service on 7/10 and they have no record of complaint, issue or emails I have sent.Edit: Mon, July 27thStill no response, Chloe, what is going on?

There were too many people in line to have either copies made or shred material. I should have been able to get right in and out. Right after I was done, another person came to help with the copies and shredding.

The shipping center counter is waaaay in the back of the cavernous printing and shipping space. It was warm, muggy, and stuffy in the building. It looked and felt run down. it would be better to locate the counter area up by the door so people could be welcomed as they come in and quickly pick up orders.

Came to print documents, their self service printer was broken. They still wanted to charge me a handling fee when I asked on of their employees for help even though it was their equipment that was not functioning properly. Not the best way to provide a service.

Good luck if you need assistance printing or making copies. Went around 7:30 this evening and stood at the counter while an associate helped another customer. (This is acceptable: first come first serve obviously) but made no effort to bring another associate I saw walking around the store. I was asked if I was here to pick something up. I said “no I’m here to print/get help making copies” I got no response and stood for another 5 minutes. I spend over $100/month making copies for work. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. It’s not like the store was busy at all. Just felt unimportant and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Disappointing and frustrating experience at the print center. Went unacknowledged for a stretch of time, when someone did come to the counter they were rude and did not properly explain and or ask questions about the product I needed. I ended up needing more than one copy. But when another sales associate called back the person who had been helping me to say I needed more copies, no one came so I ended up leaving.

Its your average office supply store. The store associates are not terribly interested in helping, and dont listen to the question you ask them. Not listening is a pet peeve of mine. It takes no skill and is a common courtesy. Oh well.I was very disappointed by their selection of cubicle clips. They didnt have any packs of the same color, just a pack of clips in black, red, and white. I get that they sell things in their colors, but those clips were really ugly. Their binder clips selection is equally disappointing though at least they had all black packs. They do have a decent file folder selection though.

Sign up for the rewards program even if you arent a regular. Also, easy fedex drop off location. Upgraded check out stations that accepts Apple Pay, google pay, and a lot of other options!

Great staff very helpful and understanding, I saw alot of low ratings talking about one associate specifically speaking oddly and in a condescending tone but I found out recently that he has autism and I dont think its very fair to rate such a good store lowly for being a good company.
