Both Paul and Myron have a plethora of knowledge. The amount of material you will learn is like drinking water from a fire hose. Just make sure you ask plenty of questions and you will retain plenty of knowledge! Totally worth the time and money.

Everyone is putting time and effort into your success. I was part of the first Penske class. At my shop it’s so small I won’t be doing just preventative maintenance. I will also be doing all repairs on trucks. If this class wasn’t as in depth and just did PM training I’d have a long road to go. For how short the class is. They effectively have a good way for students to retain knowledge.

Where to start? To say that this place truly changed my life is an understatement. I was at a dead end job/job hopping, not knowing what I wanted in life. I saw an ad on TikTok, and reluctantly filled out my info, saying to myself “please don’t sell my information” as I hit submit. A few weeks later I was in Columbus starting at American Diesel with Penske backing me, I met Myron, Paul, Daniel, Jake and many more people that backed me up and helped me train. The instructors here are absolutely amazing, the coursework is challenging but necessary and fulfilling. Myron Paul and Daniel taught my class with professionalism while still being able to joke around with all of us while building a bond that will last a lifetime.

Anyone who wants to get a foot in the door as a diesel mechanic I highly recommend this school. It’s a mix of class work and hands on training. The five weeks is definitely accelerated so it’s what you make it. If you choose to work hard and give it your all you’ll definitely get more out of it. It’s not an easy school but it’s not extremely hard either it’s a good balanced challenge. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and patient. Anything you’re struggling with they’ll more than willing to take the time to help you understand it. Best decision I ever made.

Wonderful team! Took extra time to explain to me what I was struggling with without hesitation. Even after graduating from ADTC theyve been great help in the field with a phone call away! I would recommend for someone brand new in the diesel world to come here!

Great program to get into the industry. Paul and Myron were great, always helpful and very knowledgeable. The entire staff at adtc worked hard to make sure our time there was beneficial and helped with job placement. I was hired before the end of school.

It was 5 interesting, fun, and informative weeks that opened the door to the job I wanted so badly. Now I have a certificate that supports my technical knowledge of truck maintenance.

These guys are teaching kids to do brake jobs and tire repairs,along with oil changes at jobs that make them.work on trailers.they are taking government money and using these people

As a veteran this program is great for getting a very good foundation into diesel semi truck operation & functionality of this lie of work, especially if you have taken some time off as a mechanic. They will prepare you for the workforce in this industry, ADTC has a great staff and the smaller class size will allow more hands on training with lot of connections to big and small corps. Best part is it only uses about a month of gi bill so you can further your knowledge of you choose...i would recommend 5 Week course where they will really take care of you if youre interested in this field not lazy this is a good school

I couldn’t ask for a better school. Instructors very hands on and very Attentive to the details we had know as entry level techs. Guys believed in me and pushed me and when things got hard. I had a great crew that came in with me and were some very knowledgeable when it came to engines, really appreciate that. As Myron says “ we make good techs not bad ones”, that’s true because the knowledge and experience I gained from the school is going to take me far!!! Thanks ADTC

I just graduated from this program. I must say I was impressed with the structure and layout of the program. Its a hands on program which I enjoy. Its a difficult program in the sense that you need motivation from your life to keep you going. But like all things in life that are worth it. You need to work for it.The instructors are there for you. If you need help. Just ask. They are there to help you work thru whatever problem arises.

I was one of the first to graduate that class and I really enjoyed everything about the instructors and the class. Learning constantly Monday through Friday for 12 weeks is exactly what you need to learn this trade, and this is exactly what you get. But it wasnt easy you have to be willing to learn and most importantly be a teachable student. The instructors were very knowledgeable about this field and answered any question you had for them... to be honest I kinda miss that place lol

Hands down, very knowledgeable instructors, teaching an excellent hands on program, that leads off into the entry level position of becoming a diesel mechanic. I graduated from ADTC on 11/8/19 a Friday, and started my career as a diesel mechanic on 11/11/19 the following Monday.

Class size was just right, instructors had a wealth of knowledge and were very straightforward. Always willing to help explain things from student loans to interview skills. I would recommend this program to anyone and everyone.

I was thinking to get admission but when I called to get information the guy named JAKEWas just keep saying go to website and even didn’t let me complete and hang up.I think management should appoint people who deserve to be there.

This place is great! Its and awesome environment to learn and has very knowledgeable instructors. The class sizes are small so you get a great deal of hands on training.

I tried to get in to diesel laptop class I visited too they just told me it will start in feb and we will let you know. Till today they never did though I called to know whats going on but every time they transfer me to Mr. JAKE LIDDICand he even dont want listen and keep hang on for some reasons he being very unprofessional and rude.

A simply amazing place to start if youre interested in the diesel field. These guys are no bullcrap and will look out for you during and after completing class. Everyone that works for this small, and growing, school are just simply awesome. Bittersweet to leave but I know in my heart I am always welcome back to visit, and they make sure you know that you are part of their family. Cant say enough about this school, but Im gonna stop here. Gonna miss everyone that I saw on a day to day basis.

I was looking at getting into the field, however I had minimal experience. I was searching for schools and came across ADTC. After taking a tour, I knew this was not only the place for me, but the best option for diesel training out there. The instructors are very knowledgeable and will prepare you for every road you may cross in the field. Everyone at ADTC is there to set you on the best path possible and to succeed in the field. From obtaining knowledge, to starting your career path, they will help you along the way.I, among many others, worked a full time job and attended ADTC. Its a hard twelve weeks, but as long as you are determined and keep your nose to the grindstone, you will succeed.

As a student who just finished the class, I can not say enough good about the experience and instructors here at ADTC. They truly are here to help and guide you to success in everyway. As a father of 2, another on the way, and working a full time job, it was stressful without any doubt but worth every hour spent here learning. Upon graduation, you are set up with many of the employer partners to interview and gain employment. They take the time to know each student individually and become as close as family throughout the whole class. I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world and plan to share about this school with any person with even the slightest thought of working in the vast world of Diesel Tech.

You have to have good credit in order to participate. You have to be approved for a 10k loan. Either have a co-signer or 620+ credit score. I wish they would tell people this before they waste time applying and all that.
