The course curriculum was well thought out, and had some very versed and knowledgeable instructors teaching. I will be continuing education and training with STI.

I want to thank you for allowing me to come out and observe your 20-Hour class. I will hopefully never go through a 20-hour class again, so it was nice to be able to observe the quality of education that my employees, and future employees will be receiving. As I had expected, the education you provided VASTLY exceeded the 7 other locations I received training for. There is a significant difference between your graduates, and the ones from other facilities.I have never seen an instructor engage an entire classroom into giving them their full attention. Most just want to get in and get out, where I could tell the students were absorbing what you were teaching them. Not only did you teach the state requirements, but you went above and beyond to ensure the students had real world experience under their belts, along with other vital knowledge, such as the Sul Position. (Which I have NEVER seen another academy teach!) This is the type of training that our industry requires, “above and beyond.”As far as PISG is concerned, all 20-hour semi-auto certificates are the same, but as an employer who is slowly trying to build their reputation, any applicant with a 20-hour, or any other similar certificate from STG, will always hold a higher standard in my book, compared to the other training facilities after seeing the difference. I highly recommend this facility if you want your guards to have high quality training, and not just the bare minimum.
