When we first started at Body Works Martial Arts around 2 years ago my son was shy and not very confident. He has grown as a person and his confidence has also grown. The instructors are great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. My youngest has enjoyed watching his older brother so much that now he has joined and he’s only 4. The instructors are very patient and they make it fun for the kids.

My son had quickly grown to respect the teachers and feels a part of the group. They do very well with the young age group- making it fun but earning respect. Glad we went with this place!

Body Works is a great place for my 7 almost 8 year old daughter. She has been attending classes going on 3 months and we have had only pleasent experiences there due to the friendly and possitive atmosphere everytime we are there. I am happy to see my daughter so eager to attend the classes and practice at home and im confident that she will be happy and eager to attend classes for many years to come.

An incredible, wodnerfully supportive group of people. The owners and instructors all have a vested interest in teaching respect, discipline, and self-control as much as the martial arts. Our son has been attending Body Works Martial Arts for just over 2 years, and this experience has been incredible. The Instructors and staff are great with all the students and have created an environment that is friendly and goal oriented. When we first moved to NH we were looking for a martial arts studio and everyplace we looked at seemed more business focused. After checking Body Works my son felt completely at ease and in his own words I feel like I belong there. Great job folks!

Our two kids, ages 10 and 12, have been students at the school for about six months. One of the things I truly appreciated, other than the great instruction and atmosphere, is that the instructors had an individualized approach to my kids. My 12-year-old was at the upper age range for a particular class, and They encouraged her to join the adult class. When she saw that she would be the youngest person there by several years, she got a little bit intimidated. But that did not stop the instructors from ensuring that she was challenged in her regular class. They moved her along through several belt levels at an accelerated pace commensurate with her skill and ability. I was really impressed. My 10-year-old is also very happy at this dojo!!!

Enrolling my sons, Abel and Levi, in the Body Works Martial Arts Ninja Turtles program and Dragon Warrior program was one of my best decisions as a father. The results have been so clear in our everyday lives. My boys are more respectful, physically stronger, and more motivated all around. The instructors are amazng. As Mayas grandparents, and parents of former students, we have known the Hardy family for 35 years. Mayas father was a student of karate at age 11. Maya today at 11 is in her 4th year, a Junior Black Belt and attending young adult classes as a Green Belt.In these days of covid, Maya developed some anxiety and Body Works is the only place that I could bring her where she could relax. Direct contact with other students qqis avoided, masks are worn and cleaning happens after each class. Shes comfortable and happy while learning how to be respectful and responsible and confidently defend herself if necessary.I cant thank Body Works enough for continuing to care for and about their students in these challenging times.

My son has been going to bodyworks karate school since he was 5 and he has learned so much from the school. Hes more confident, strong, and respectful... Hardy sr. and jr. are like mentors to him. We love it there! Worth our 40 minute drive!

My son has attended Bodyworks for almost three years now starting off with very little knowledge about martial arts. Before Bodyworks we had attended Manchester karate school for around a year and moving to Bodyworks found it to be very much more family-centric.Its understandable that most people will look to karate as a form of helping your child with discipline and responsibility but the Hardys at Bodyworks are able to take this so much further in create these core values with having a entertaining and fun time for a child. Not only has my son picked up on these core values but they have also helped him on his concentration as well as his overall confidence.Combining this with other sports he is found a much better sense of being as well as balance in coordination with everything. I cant think of a better martial arts studio to bring yourself or your child.

My grandson started as a Ninja Turtle @ 6 y.o. He loved everything having to do with martial arts. When he got to his first group class he was so shy and very nervous that he didnt want to participate. Lucas sat right next to him throughout the entire class with guidance, encouragement, and positive feedback!! 15 months later he is a much more confident, disciplined, and respectful boy!! The Hardy family and all the instructors are so friendly that you feel right at home very quickly. The programs are well organized. The instructors have a nice balance of teaching effectively and having fun at the same time. This has been an excellent experience and we hope to continue for many years to come.

I tried everything.Once he became part of Body Works Martial Arts. His behavior and his out look on life started changing. He had more respect for himself and others. The positive was showing through. He was a total different young man. Hes made a great deal of friends there. Ive attended every class with him and I too have became a better person and have made friends with the other familys that are part of Body Works Martial Arts.I highly recommend Body works Martial Arts.The Hardys and their staff, are great people and care a great deal about what they do. My nephew attends class here and LOVES it. He has been to other studios but never found that perfect fit until he joined the Body Works family. It is amazing to see him strive to be the best he can be and the discipline that he has learned since becoming a student. My experience here was incredible. I learned a lot about my self and I learned leader ship skills as I went there . The school and instructors are really good at what they do and teach. If your a slow learner they go at that pace. The instructors are super nice and friendly and will most likely become alliances / friends in the future. My 6 year old son has anxiety over new places and meeting new people. After his one on one, he went to his first class and they were very understanding and let him go in at his own pace. Once he saw Mr. Hardy again he went in and eventually joined in on the class. Thank you all for your patience with him and all the kids!

My daughter has been a student a Bodyworks for a little over three years now. The instructors are devoted to excellence and not only teach karate but life principles. I am extremely happy with our decision to start her doing martial arts at such young age and to have chosen Bodyworks as her karate school.

This place is the best. My son has been going there for the ninja turtle class for more than a year now. They have amazing instructors and its a very positive exposure for the children. They focus a lot on character building which I believe is the most important part of the whole thing. Ive even got some awesome parenting ideas from the way the instructors manage the students 😀. They make it sooo much fun for the kids. Its a treat to just watch how much the kids and the instructors enjoy themselves during the learning process. My son loves it here and it has really turned him around. Hes gaining a lot of discipline and confidence from Bodyworks School. Thank you all so much for the wonderful work you are doing.

My sons, My wife and I have all benefited from the training at Bodyworks. The positive atmosphere along with the coaching from the instructors is excellent. It doesnt cost anything to try it out and I highly recommend it.

My experience at Bodyworks Karate School had been amazing. The instructors are amazing they teach you a lot of stuff and if you make a mistake its ok they always say practice. They have tournaments to they are super fun to go to to see all the other studios dojos and there martial arts yiu can also learn weapons there is the Staff and the Fan which is also tai chi but in all a good place to send your kids if your child or children are bullied send them their I was bullied for 2 years and the Hardys and the Veilleuxs have helped me so what Im trying to say is its a good Martial arts school thanks so much Bodyworks Karate school.
