Great place and great attitude to everyone. I was hesitating if I can start lessons in my age but Mires Martial Arts is for sure for all ages and all levels of training. Sensei Geoff is qualified and inspiring coach, with great sense humor and motivation spirit. I have the best group ever! Love Dojo!

Love the Dojo. Great instruction for all ages, nice location and one of the most reasonably priced. Definitely going to be a long term commitment for my son and I. We love it!!

This place has completely changed my sons attitude. he is more confident, calm and happy- he loves being at the Dojo and looks forward to all of his classes! The sensei is absolutely perfect for all ages. he is funny and calm and yet, has a great energy and motivated the kids to work incredibly hard! Love this place!

My daughter started here at 3 and weve continued for the last 2+ years. Sensei Geoff is great with kids. He quickly figures out what each child needs and the best way to work with them. I definitely recommend this dojo for kids of all ages and abilities.

My son goes there for more than half of fis life ( he is 8 know) so it is obvious we like the place and what is happening there. Easy to park and pretty flexible schedule.
