The director is awesome, most of the teachers are great, and are very good at communicating.However, there is one teacher there that shouldn’t be working with kids. She had negative comments to say about my son, I have heard her talk very disrespectful to the children, and she was always extremely rude to me. If it wasn’t for her my son would still be there.

Dropped my infant off one morning came back 8 hours later to pick her up, when we got home I found out she had a severe diaper rash. No one had told me anything, she had been having diarrhea and no one told me about it. The rash looked like a second degree burn, her skin was red and peeled. I called to ask about it and I was told they are changed every hour. There is no way a child will get a severe diaper rash in 8 hours if shes changed every hour! They proceeded to tell me that they thought I knew about it because it was so obvious  and maybe she had an allergic reaction. It was pure neglect!

This is my first time my LO has been to daycare. I was nervous because he was born right before the pandemic started, but this is his second home. The staff helped him adjust and he found his person. The director is amazing and didnt mind my numerous phone calls and she answered all the questions I had. As long as we live in this area this is where he will go.

I have been taking my kids to Kids Kingdom for a little over 4 years now. They are great. My kids love going to school as they say. The front office personal are always very friendly and caring. They always have a smile and an upbeat personality when I drop off and pick up my kids. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to take your kids for a daycare.

Not sure who loves this place more, my 5 year old or I. My daughter has attended Kids Kingdom for 4 years now and loves it! Everybody, from the directors to the teachers, is so sweet and helpful. Not only do they watch over our kids safely, but teach them the essentials to be proper young people lol Over the years she has grown so much thanks to Kids Kingdom, now a part of their PreK 4 class she is more than prepared to start kindergarden. Everyday I hear stories about her friends, how her teachers taught her this and that and of course, how good the food was.Dont get me started on their summer fun! My little one fights me to go to daycare during the summer. She loves it! Every Friday (if the weather permits) they do a water day. Movie days, field trips to the library, Kona Ice even stops by sometimes for snowcones. Its a kids paradise!As a single mother the prices are managable and ladies up front always make you feel at home. Kids Kingdom will forever be my first choice daycare in Conroe, Texas.

As a single mother I am particular when it comes to the care of my child. My son has been attending Kids Kingdom for a few moths and he loves his teachers and the staff. I feel welcomed by warm and heartfelt greetings from the staff daily. I would recommend Kids Kingdom to anyone who has a eye for tactfulness and safe loving care for their child. The owners are fabulous people and you can tell they care for the kids that are enrolled at their center.

If you are a mother & care about your kids please do not send them to this daycare. This place is very unsanitary & do not take pride in their job. The staff is very unprofessional and whenever something go wrong with your kids they never call you or handle the situation. They feed your kids in their diaper & send them home with dirty diapers & a dirty face. I recommend you pay close attention to your kids & don’t ignore anything you feel that’s out the ordinary

Kids Kingdom is a great place for children to learn and have fun. There are plenty of activities for them to get involved with. My son had spent 6 1/2 years at Kids Kingdom having fun and making new friends. It is a friendly environment.

Great daycare. Love this place. My daughter no longer goes here but we still stop by and say hi to all of the teachers and her friends.

Starting out, this daycare seemed great. They had a decent staff and the owners seemed to care about every little detail about what went on inside their daycare. However, once they started taking on WAY too many kids and the wife (owner) left to have her baby, the husband (owner) was unable to maintain a suitable environment for my child. The staff was very sneaky and hid all kinds of important information from me about how my childs day went, the changes being made within the daycare, problems with staff not showing up for work. The daycare director never checked on the staff to make sure the standard operating procedures were being followed. They didnt even know a staff member had been HITTING, PINCHING, and PUNCHING the kids!!! I was actually the parent that had a major problem with this particular staff member and after complaining about her one of the many times I did, she wound up walking out that morning. After she left, the other staff member that had been working side by side with her told the owner about the abuse towards the kids. She was fired as well, but it should have NEVER happened. She is being prosecuted by the state now, thank God. After that, they never hired one decent person to work there. They left my child in a crusted poopy diaper all day or I would walk in and see them changing my childs diaper on the tile floor where they potty train the kids, which THE DAY I snatched my child out of that nasty place. I kept giving chance after chance for them to rectify the situations but it just never got better. I am NEVER going back, nor do I recommend anyone else take their children to Kids Kingdom.

My Kids Have Been Going Here Since They Were 1yrs old && 6 Weeks. The Staff Is Absolutely Tremendous & Treat My Kids Like Family. The Saturday Care Is Excellent With Me Being A Working Mommy. My Kids Are Actually Learning && Not Just Playing Everyday. Ive Had A Few Problems But They Were Quickly Taken Care Of. I Wouldnt Take My Kids Anywhere Else. Thanks Courtney, Dovie & Team☺

I started taking my daughter to Kids Kingdom based on my husband’s and also my coworkers recommendations, and I am so glad I did. The employees are very caring and take the time to get to know the kids. My kids love it there so much that my daughter would run in the door at daycare with excitement. My son started there when he was 3 months old and he loves his teachers so much that he would call their names when we pull up to daycare looking for them. Also since Courtney and Dovie have taken over, there has been so many positive changes. They are now more educational based, my daughter is already learning so much. I can’t wait for her to start their pre-k program next year. I can not thank the staff at Kids Kingdom enough. It is hard not to have my kids with me all day, but knowing that they are in a fun, safe, loving, and learning environment makes it easier for me to go to work and not worry.

I was so excited to start at a childcare facility that was close to my new home, they did not interview me. Just did a background check and that was it. Had an off smell but I figured they had just made lunch.My FIRST day I began my day at the 336 location and watched teachers be very rough with the kids. I was then transferred to the 3083/105 location which was much nicer but the enrollment was VERY low. The staff was very friendly and welcoming but it was filthy. I refuse to work anywhere I would not take my own child. I highly recommend the #1 rated childcare facility in MoCo, ABC Academy..Sorry guys. Better luck with you in the future!

I had my 2 year old daughter here for six months, Im so unhappy with it. When I enrolled her I was told one price for the week, when it came time to pay I was charged more, and ended up being charged twice for the same week. I picked my daughter up once and one of the teachers for the older kids was screaming at one of the four years, and grabbed her by the arm, where she lifted the girl off the floor. The other day I went to with draw her from the day care there was no one there except the owner, and the infant teachers, this was 11 on a Tuesday afternoon, all the other teachers where gone. There is no real security system. Would not recommend this day care.

This is NOT a place I would ever recommend taking a child for multiple reasons. Children are allowed to put their hands on other children, pushing, shoving and hitting, when other children report it to parent the teachers then admit to it. (I will be happy to share pictures that I took at the time of the childs face). Addressed issue with the staff, was assured that would not happen again, less than a week later the same child was guilty of kicking my grandson in the head. Once again was the children that ran to tell about the incident not the teacher. This particular child has a history of aggression yet is monitored inadequately (as reflected on their tape), which clearly demonstrated children being allowed to rough house.If you pay for a trip and then BEFORE the trip decide that you are not willing to send your child off with them due to lack of supervision they refuse to refund your money and state they will keep it and apply to daycare-which is questionable legally as it was paid for a different purpose.The owners are extremely money grubbing-we are not talking about paying for daycare-we are talking about a continual changing charge. One day it is 20.00 a day the next morning it is doubled-when they believe a parent has no choice but to pay it.There is many good daycare centers in Conroe this is not one of them.

My child is 3 years old and in a matter of months they had him fully potty trained.. To those of you who ignorantly put that the only dietary items are grill cheese sandwiches and Raman noodles I suggest you look at the menu on the door. The kids are closely monitored by video and if you have any questions about the behavior of the staff you should call the state. I assure you kids kingdom has nothing to hide. If you have any questions you should call RAM or JAZ they will address any concerns you should contact them. I have been to several daycares and this by far is the best… ps Donna is the best at dealing with my son I know he is a handful.. but Ram and Jaz love these children they do not do this for the money.... I know it takes the patients of Job to take care of these children... Thank you for all that you do!!!

This was the worst Daycare 😡😡😡 ever they let a teacher lay hands on my child and seen it on camera and didnt do anything about it 😡😡😡 Oh but I did!!!
