This place is absolutely ridiculous, the director does nothing but sit at her desk all day and be lazy. Mr. Hunter who is the assistant director is the only one who actually cares and helps with issues i have or if i need help with something. my child told me Ms Kamil grabbed her arm,yelled at her and the director did absolutely nothing. i am very displeased with this center. it’s like when the previous director left everything went downhill. i will be calling HR. someone needs to do something about their unprofessionalism and careless acts!!! they do not care at all!!!

My children go to school here and I couldnt be more happy with our experience. Management and staff are loving and provide quality education and care to the kids. I would recommend anyone in the Conway area that are looking for childcare to schedule and tour and find out for yourself!

Wanted to add a thank you note for Ms. Kamil and Ms. BreonnaMs. Kamil is an amazing person and teacher. She loves the kids and is like family to us. My daughter Alaya loves her and always says ‘Kamil is so precious’. With the horrid wind and rain today Ms. Kamil helped bring blankets and get the girls in the car so that they don’t get wet! Thank you Ms. Kamil. You are indeed precious.Ms. Breonna is Alaya’s teacher and I am so impressed by her love and care for these kids. She spends quality time with them. She and Alaya love braiding hair. I am grateful for all her love and attention. It is so sweet that someone would take care of your kid as if they were their own and make a difficult job look easy. Thank you Ms. Breonna!I especially want to mention Ms. Jennifer Morgan who is taking care of my 4 month old. Ms. Jennifer is very sweet and efficient. She makes extra effort to keep in touch and discuss concerns and changes in the baby’s routine. She puts up her pictures and is loving and warm. I cannot write enought about her. She is a blessing!

Ms. Donna is VERY professional and a great director to Childcare Network! We have used this facility for the past 7 years (with both of our daughters). If theres every been an issue Ms Donna and other management staff have resolved it for us. I would recommend this daycare to anybody looking for a safe, clean, and organized childcare facility. The director is always willing to listen and is attentive to our needs and expectations. The teachers and staff all know my child by name and are friendly and happy to see my child each day and inquire when a day is missed. The facility is clean and well maintained with up to date technology and nice equipment for the children to utilize and enjoy. There is evidence that my child is constantly improving development from the impact of his classroom. I would highly recommend this Childcare Network location.

Our daughter has attended Childcare Network for two years now. We absolutely love this place! Miss Geneva and Miss Donna are the so good to our family. The teachers truly care about each and every child. We recommend every family that we know with children to bring their kids to Childcare Network. If you are looking for a place to send your child and not have that constant worry if your child is alright while you are at work, then look no further! This is the best place to send your child.

I absolutely LOVE childcare network! I have never had my daughter in any kind of scho setting until a couple of weeks ago and she absolutely loves it here! Her teacher is amazing and makes sure that she has everything she needs and even goes out of her way to let me know that she is doing great! I recommend this place over anywhere else! My son is 5mo and we have been going to Childcare Network for a couple months now. I absolutely love this daycare center and its caregivers! Everyone is very kind and attentive; both of us are greeted by everyone everyday. The ladies in the infant room take great care of my little man and he seems to enjoy himself. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

It does take a Village & Good People.There is an African proverb that says “It takes a whole village to raise a child”. In some countries that saying would ring very true but in America the fast pace, it’s about me and the almighty dollar that African proverb “can” become obsolete. I witness this with my first child when I placed him with an in-home daycare center. Going off a friend recommendation we decided to use her as our child care provider and to make a long story short there were many issues and we took him out within 5 months. We selected Childcare Network for the following reason 1. Close to our jobs 2. Cost 3. Great reputation.The question was still in the back of our minds, would they take great care with my child? It only took a few week for those question to be answered and to place our minds at ease. Everyone from the Directors down to the teachers shows care and love for each child they encounter. My wife and I just had our second child and she will be going to Childcare Network. To make the African proverb more fitting in today times it should read as “It takes a whole village to raise a child, just ensure it’s not the village idiot”

I love Childcare Network in Conway, AR. The staff are very friendly, and I feel like I have a family of people that watch over my son. Im always greeted with a smile or a hug. I dont have my parents anymore, and the staff have taught me so much about feeding and caring for my baby. It really means a lot. I am so thankful to have Child Care Network in Conway!!!! So far so good! My daughter has been going here for over a year now. Director, Ms. Donna and staff are on top of their jobs. Issues are resolved within a timely manner. No major problems. Great learning environment, great teachers and friendly staff!

Super nice leadership, always helpful. Didn’t like how I walked in everyday to a new person I didn’t know or people who were 2 days on the job, handling my child. Haley was the best person there, and she left. Classes were over crowded. My child got hand foot and mouth 2 times in 3 months while there and there was always a worry about him catching a different sickness. That’s not anybody at Childcare Networks fault but it was super stressful. He always wasn’t watched properly and ended up coming home with bumps and bruises that’s nobody could explain to me. I know it’s “daycare” stuff but still not ideal as a new parent. Loved the staff but just wasn’t meant for us.

My son absolutely loved it. Every day I picked him up hed run to me smiling and happy because he had a great day with the amazing staff. It was a night and day difference in his behavior and overall happiness getting him out of the last one hed went to and into this one. We moved to North Little Rock so we had to find a new daycare but if we were still in Conway my son would absolutely still be going here. Will never forget the teachers and staff here who know how to care for kids. Thanks for a great few years, Childcare Network!

Amazing day care that really cares about their children and teaches them just like theyre at public school already. They have events outside of school which is amazing and all the teachers are very caring!

Upon entering the facility, without a scheduled tour, the director greeted me with a smile and answered my countless questions. We were coming from a completely different facility and she put me nerves at ease. I will never forget how familiar she was with each parent and student within the school. She knew them by first name, and the children responded comfortably to her.Our 5 years old completed their PreK program. He is very much prepared for kindergarten. His teacher far exceeded mine and my husbands expectations.Our 3 year old absolutely loves her teachers. The classrooms are very interactive. Additionally, the school provides summer activities, festivals, balls, book fairs... We have been very pleased with the entire experience.

This is truly an amazing place, everyone is loving and compassionate about the children. I had so many concerns and worries about sending my daughter to a daycare, after I met with Ms. Donna I felt at ease knowing my daughter would be loved and cared for while I worked. Ms. Adrian Bell is truly an amazing teacher, she inspires the hearts and minds of anyone that has met her, she has a true passion for what she does, my daughter has learned so much from her. I am really proud to say that I send my kid to Childcare Network 192. When my family and I moved here from NE Arkansas I was so nervous to find a new daycare that my LO would enjoy and that I would feel comfortable with. I have to say though, Ms. LaRaven & Mrs. Adrian have really brought us in and made us feel like family. Its always nice to know my child loves them as he would any other family member.

This is my second time around with the daycare. I could not image putting my child anywhere else. It is a great learning environment for children. There is someone always available to address any concerns of a parent. Great staff. Thank you to everyone.

Both of my boys have gone here (one currently). Every staff member has known my boys by name and all address me by Mr. McKnight. The staff members are extremely caring, polite, and nurturing. My boys love(d) going to school here. I would highly recommend sending your child to this school.

My daughter has been attending this center since she was weeks old and the change over to Childcare Network has only helped improve the experience weve had. I appreciate the attention and care given to my child each day. The staff is very friendly and makes my daughter feel special. One missing piece was having someone to assist with homework after school, especially in the elementary and middle school years. After receiving this feedback, they now make sure to have knowledgeable staff available to assist with homework if needed, which has helped my daughter and kept my business at Childcare Network. For the care my child receives, the price is excellent and I wouldnt want my daughter going anywhere else!

I absolutely loved this place! My son went to two other childcare network locations and I hated both of them. Within a week or two of being at this one he was spelling his name! He was always learning something new, always making things, and every morning he begged me to take him to school. I wish my daughter could go there too! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The teachers and directors were excellent too. Always communicating with you about your child and make you feel like that are family to you. They even called once to check on my son when he missed more days than normal because he was sick. I am really going to miss this place and if I ever need my children to be in daycare this is the place I will go no matter how long the wait! As a working parent, you want to know that your child is left in good hands. My daughter has been at this daycare since she was 12 weeks when we joined and we have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Ms. Adrian Bell is currently her teach and she is an absolute God send. She keeps me posted on any developments and she listens and heeds to any suggestions that I may have as a parent.

Over the last 11 years all 3 of my children have attended childcare network. They have always been loving and kind to my babies. If you are looking for quality child care services this is the place to go.

This is a great place for my toddler to be while I am at work - The teachers really seem to care about my son and he is learning so much from other kids and his teachers. Ms. Donna is very committed to working with the children rather than seeing them as numbers. There are about 8 baby/toddler rooms here and each teacher knows every kid by name; its more than what I expected and I am very pleased.

I love Childcare Network. When my husband and I were pregnant with our first child, I worried about having to be a working parent. After visiting Childcare Network, I was impressed by the safety measures they had in place and the fact that they used a curriculum for infants. It is a lot easier to work each day when I know my baby girl is safe and close by.

Both of our girls go to Childcare Network in Conway. Ms Donna, Ms Camille, Ms Jennifer and other staff are awesome and they are always so helpful. This is a really great daycare that actually uses certified curriculum in all of their classrooms. It is also very clean. I know when i drop off my girls, they are in good hands.

This is the first daycare my daughter has every been to and I am completely satisfied! Everyone there is great and really cares. My daughter has learned so much in such a short time there....including manners! Daily report sheets are the best! Love this whole staff!

As 2 full-time working parents, Childcare Network in Conway has put our nerves at ease from day 1. We enrolled our boys ages 2 & 3 full-time in December 2013 when we moved here, and they have since flourished both educationally and socially! They are excited to go every morning, giving their teachers big hugs, which comforts me knowing they are truly happy to be there. My youngest, who suffers from a severe heart defect among other medical concerns, is treated with love and given the extra support that has allowed him to catch up with his peers. The best decision weve made for our kids is enrolling them here!

I was initially nervous about my putting my child into daycare, but as soon as I walked into the daycare, Ms. Rebecca was so nice and welcoming that both my child and I felt extremely comfortable. I walked into the room in which my child would be placed, and the teachers were really nice, and could tell that I was a new mom. They answered my questions and put me at ease. I am not nervous at all leaving my child at Childcare Network. I look forward to my child growing up there!

I have been with this child care for over a year. not only do I have my grand kids here but I have my own little kids here as well. They take great care of my kids and I am very happy with them. I have referred many others here as well. You will just have to come see the campus and the rooms... If you want good care that will see to your childrens needs this is a Must See !!! We LOVE Childcare Network!!!! My 6 year old goes to the summer camp for school aged kids. They take the kids to do all kinds of things, swimming, to the movies, ballpark, taking tours of Chic Fila. They keep the kids busy but it is a fun kind of busy. She cant wait to get to what she calls cool school when she gets up in the morning. All the staff is very friendly and are great with all the kids. The price is great also. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have kids in school and you need a place for them to go during summer !!

I love this place. I have met wonderful parents and the staff is wonderful! Kelly in the toddler room was great! Ian absolutely adored her, but recently he was moved to another room, Ms. Moody told me that she thought this would be best for Ians growth and I was not sure but I trusted that she was right and she was sooooo right. Ian was reunited with the very first teacher he was introduced to when we started over a year ago! Jennifer Hill-Hawthorne! I was very happy and so was Ian. Ms. Kelly helping with potty training and joining in with the spoiling! Ms. Jennifer has been a very familiar face throughout our whole experience here. She was wonderful from the beginning and I really like the work she puts into her classroom and the kids. Going out of her way to make each and every one of them feel special! We love this Daycare. Our daughter has been to several different daycare. She has loved this place. She comes home every day telling us about what she learned and did in school. The directors and teachers were great, and always willing to help us find something she lost or see who she hurt herself.

My son is the only child. He started at childcare network 192 when he was 10 months. This is after being at home with mommy since he was born. So of course I was nervous about him being in a daycare. The staff and teachers at childcare network are GREAT! As a first time mother, I had a few request and many more questions and concerns. All my questions have been answered with kindness and my concerns handled with a smile. I love the staff here and my son loves going to school. He is learning so much at CNI 192!!!! My daughter has been going there since she was one and she loves it. All of her teachers have been helpful and kind. They have always made time for her and me. I get to talk with her teachers and they make time to let me know how she is doing. I have learned so much about my daughters skills, both academically, socially, and physically. Never have I had a teacher not make time to speak to me about my daughters day. When she is having a bad day, her teachers make time to help her. Our experience at Childcare Network in Conway, Arkansas has been nothing but EXCELLENT! As parents, we wanted a childcare facility that would nurture and develop our kids in a safe and loving environment. We tried two other childcare centers in Conway, but neither met our standards for the quality childcare we were looking for. We started at Childcare Network almost 2 years ago and we couldnt be more pleased! My son is in the Kindergarten Prep Academy and my daughter attends before and after school childcare. They have worked so well with my son, who hashad behavior problems, and now he is adapting very well to the classroom environment. I know that my children are in a safe and loving environment when we drop them off in the morning and we couldnt ask for a better place to nurture and educate our children!

My daughter has been attending CNI since she was 8 weeks old. I knew the first time i walked into the school it was the right place for both of us. It has been my daughters 2nd home since. She is now approaching 4 yrs old and we still love it. All of the staff are caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and trusting with my child. This is the perfect place for a child and a working parent. They provide a clean and safe learning environment for children.

This place is a JOKE. My child came home with 2 bruises and a huge knot on her head and they couldn’t tell me where they came from! Clearly they don’t watch the kids. She wouldn’t eat their breakfast or lunch food and they wouldn’t let me bring her food to eat. They say you get a picture a day of your child that also did not happen.

My mothers career was in childcare and she was very particular regarding where my children were going to go. Upon the birth of my first child, we toured various facilities that had received a Quality rating from the state (as was my moms 1st criteria). After touring Childcare Network, she verbalized how impressed she was with staff knowledge regarding regulations and safety procedures, the nature of the curriculum, and the openness for parents to drop-in at any time to check on their children. It was evident as to why they had received a Quality rating from the state. Needless to say, 3 years later I have 2 children attending Childcare Network. I continue to be amazed at what my children are learning. I am proud that they LOVE going to school each day. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who is looking.

I have been going to Childcare Network for almost 3 years now. I have two kids in and I just absolutely love that place. I have recommended it to several of my friends and would highly recommend to anyone with kids. The teachers there are so nice and they keep you well informed of how your child did during the day and if any issues or concerns, no matter how big or small, they will call you to let you know what is going on or seek advice from you. I cant say enough good things about Childcare Network. There is no better feeling than knowing your kids are being well taken care of while you are at work. The Directors there, Ms Donna and Ms Geneva are so easy to talk to and are so good to answer any issues or concerns that you may have. Within the first week of taking my child there, they knew me and my childs name which really told me they work to know the kids just as much as the teachers do. If there were 10 stars on this chart I would rate a 10.

This center has been the only one for my daughter for the past 2 yrs. She loves it!

My four kids have attended this daycare for two years. The teachers are relatively good at their duty however today was a different experience. My three year old just moved up into preschool and his new teachers name is Bri. Today I experienced something no parent should experience or witness in the childcare facility. Bri caught an attitude with me and told me to take my son. She refused to positively soothe him to stay in her class. Please take in consideration this is only his fourth day in a new class with a new teacher. Bri was acting in a very hostile and negative manner. To make matters worse she threw my sons half pack of diapers across the room and into the hallway with a full class of toddlers present and in view. We are discussing a teacher getting paid minimum wage to take care of our precious children. She vocalized anger and displayed hostility with a class full of toddlers to view. I have discussed the incident with the director and she claims to have a plan of action however if it is to keep Bri in service, I would advise any parent to keep your toddler away from her. My son has also stated that Bri hurt him when she was holding him. He claims she slapped him on his arm and hurt him. I refused to let him be placed back in her care and she is not to be in contact with my son.

Donna is very unprofessional, she is not a good manager and I would not bring my child to this daycare. She is Mean to her employees and basically does not care bout your children she cares more about her paycheck then anything. This woman should be fired..

Roughly 2 1/2-3 years ago we pulled our daughter out of this facility when it changed over ownership from Kidco to Childcare Network because we werent sure how to perceive the new ownership, as well as we noticed several valuable teachers leaving the facility which automatically raised a red flag. Our Daughter was 2 1/2 years of age when this occurred and had attended Kidco since the age of 7 weeks old. Needless to say both we and the majority of the staff that had left are back. We have been back for over a year now and it is apparent that we made an incorrect decision by pulling her out of this facility. Our toddler Son has also been attending here since the age of 2 1/2 months old, which he is now 17 months old. It is a Joy to see our kids so happy when we drop them off and pick them up daily. One of the things I love the most about this facility is the Director, all the way down to the afternoon staff will shoot you straight if there is an issue and any issues you may have are typically minor and are usually fixed without having to bring something up a second or third time. If you have to have childcare, this is certainly the best facility in all of Conway for your children to be at.

Wonderful people and place! My son has been going here since he was 12 weeks old. Needless to say he has transitioned through many phases of development. (ie, resistant tearful drop offs, being very shy and having trouble transitioning to the next room and teacher) The entire staff from Geniva and Donna to the any teacher were very accommodating in helping us through these phases! My son will go to class now with no problem at all. He absolutley loves Ms. Ann, Ms. Camill and Ms, Briunna!! We are very blessed and grateful to have found this daycare.
