I love Second Baptist Church because they are such a friendly church. They meet you at the door and direct you to a small group or to the worship service. They have excellent nursery workers for the children so you never have to worry. Mid-week classes are provided as well as traditional Bible study. So, at Second Baptist you can find just what you want and great worship music and preaching!

I love being part of a church where you are truly loved and cared for and prayed for. The sermons are deep and challenging and the music is a whole worship service in itself. My small group is amazing. I have made some of the deepest connections and best friendships here at Second Baptist.

Looking for your “second family” this is the place for you. Every Sunday I leave with great take away, how I can apply God’s word to my life. The nursery and children’s ministry is amazing! Mid-week has amazing leaders and teachers! Truly thankful for our “second family”!

2ND is such a great church family to be part of! We felt welcomed immediately, and after we have gotten plugged in, it feels like a 2nd home. The desire for community and spiritual growth brought us here, and those are definitely elements of the church that make us want to stay (and raise our kids with this group of believers).

I’ve gone to this church most of my life, and I can say it has definitely grown and changed through the years...for the better! All of the staff are authentic, certainly relatable, and, most importantly, LOVE and SERVE JESUS above all things. The children’s program is phenomenal! The staff and volunteers love my children, and I trust that my children are learning to love and serve Jesus.

It’s not just church, it really is our Second Family! We love the kid ministry and of course we love the staff! Preaching and worship are amazing and I can’t imagine calling any other church home.

Preaching and music are great. Sometimes I miss the traditional services I grew up with, but this is the 21st century, right? Love my small group.

The people at Second Baptist give me joy each time I worship with them. Everyone is welcoming and kind. They have a wonderful children’s program and my teen loves going for Midweek with her friends.

We love the whole atmosphere here at 2nd. It’s not at all judgmental. If you have ever had a bad experience at a church you should try here. You can feel God working here. I have two kids here and they both love it.

My husband and I consider 2BC our second family. When we first moved to Conway, we needed a church with a strong youth program for our children. And while our children were blessed by many loving people who taught classes and shared their lives in many countless & wonderful ways, we found that we too forged meaningful and lasting friendships. When difficult times come as they invariably do, it’s important to have a family that will pray for you and help you in tangible ways. Second Baptist has been our church home for 21 years. We moved toArkansas for my husbands job. Our top priority after our MANY moves has always been to find a church home. Second was the first (ha) church we visited in the area and we never left. This congregation has truly become our family since we are both transplants to Conway. We raised our boys in this church and one of them has even returned home after being away for a few years! We love our 2nd family!!!!

I am so blessed that I found 2BC! I have made so many new friends through small group and choir and this Church! The Pastor is relatable and preaches GOD’S WORD! They are very involved in the community! They truly are my 2nd family! GOD BLESS!

I love 2nd Baptist! It truly is my second home and my second family. They have lifted my family up in prayer when needed, encouraged us, and helped us through some hard times. I started attending second baptist 6yrs ago and just this past Easter of 2018 2 of my Children and my husband made a decision to follow the Lord in baptism! Because of the ministry of 2BC and their hearts after God my family came to know the Lord. I am forever grateful for the love they continue to show and I am blessed to be a part of this precious body of Christ!

Boring is not spiritual. 2BC’s new pastor is transparent, authentic, enthusiastic and fun to listen to. Enthusiastic enough to appeal to young people and insightful enough to teach the seniors. Come to Second for best time you’ve had on a Sunday morning in long time (maybe forever) and learn something in the process.

My husband and I have been members at 2BC for 5 years. When we joined, we were coming from a church we had been members of over 30 years! So, change was challenging, but we found 2BC to be a place we could get involved again. Over time, we have made deep friendships and have experienced life with our small group, truly being a part of a second family! We have been coming for 6 months now and love the staff. The nursery group has been wonderful with our son and has treated him like their own. We love, love, love the community and atmosphere.

Ive gone to Second Baptist for over 20 years now and I never thought I would be able to say that at 28. Many people my age go to church out of obligation, but I go because I love the people at 2BC who have become my family. No matter what stage of life youre in, Second Baptist has a place for you.

I love being a part of 2nd! When my wife and I came 4 years ago we were worried about getting lost in the shuffle at such a big church. We weren’t there for 5 minutes before someone introduced themselves and invited us to their small group. We have been at 2nd ever since! The people are loving and friendly and if given the chance, they will truly become your second family.

I love this church . Best of many I HAVE tried to fit into .You are treated the same no matter if you just got off at a garage & couldnt go home to change or had car trouble on the way to work and got alittle dirty. You hand will still be shook , asked if you needed more help & would most likely get a hug or 3 .You are also accepted no matter your faith or lack of faith yet .You arent REQUIRED TO DRESS UP, to enter the church to worship . The car you drive dosent make a difference . Or the amount of things that you can bring with you .

My husband and I moved to Conway about 6 years ago, just a few weeks after we got married. We tried a few church’s and ended up at one which we attended for about a year but we never truly felt like it was home. So we decided to try Second.We tried to sneak in and not be seen, so we wouldn’t have to talk to anyone. Just wanted to sit in the back and observe. But we got there too early and the first service hadn’t let out yet so we were stuck standing awkwardly in the lobby and some now very dear friends walked up and made us feel welcome and invited us to a small group the following week. We’ve been through a lot in life, in our marriage, and have become parents with this group. They really are our best friends and the sense of community we’ve found with them REALLY, REALLY is like a second family for us, especially since we don’t have any extended family here. #my2ndfam is the BEST!

I moved to Conway over 4 years ago and knew no one. 2nd Baptist happened to be the first church I visited and I felt right at home from the beginning. I have loved all the small groups that Ive been a part of, and cherish the friends Ive made of all ages singing in the choir. 2nd Baptist truly is a place where the Lord is exalted. When talking about Family 2nd has truly been special to me. They were my surrogate family when I moved here, then later I met my wife here and was even married at the church. We love our 2nd Family! If you are looking for a church to call home, I strongly suggest giving the folks at 2nd a visit!
